WOW, just WOW!! I came in looking for a nice/good spot for a much needed mani/pedi & waxing. My appnt was for 9:30 but I arrived early and offered to wait. I was taken right away. For $3.00 more I received a callous , dry skin removal scrub. All I can say that I felt as if I just left my Podiatrist's office w/o hefty copay. I felt so great and my feet were and look amazing. Located next to Publix, I took a chance on this place after reading the great reviews on Yelp. I arrived around 2:30 and was able to do a walk-in. The polish selection is immense - and it's all high quality brands. They have nearly every single OPI. Unlike other salons in the area, the bottles aren't half empty, aged, and thinned out with acetone. The salon itself is super clean and bright, and not at all what I expected for being in a strip mall in Easley. The prices are also super inexpensive for what they offer which makes me wonder why this place is listed as Pricey. The owners have done a great job in making this place FEEL pricey, but the prices overall are much better than equitable places in Greenville or Spartanburg. Basic pedicure is 25 bucks, and a natural nail mani is 20 bucks. Plus, you aren't dealing with scummy dirty tools or gross nail polish that should have been pitched a long time ago. They also give out a free drink to customers - from bottles of water to wine or margaritas. This place is a STEAL for the value of what you're getting. The reason why I didn't rate it five stars: They didn't offer me anything to drink whatsoever, and at the end I found out that they charge a 1.00 convenience charge for using a debit/credit card. For a 25 dollar pedicure on my Visa debit card, the fee is .04 cents using the current standard charges (I'm in finance and know these charges forwards and backwards), which means that, if they are also in a leasing situation that charges the industry average of 10 cents per swipe, 86 cents is pure profit for them. I don't agree with convenience charges for debit or credit cards unless it's at a gas station and it's that 3.00 minimum thing - in this day and age, when everyone carries these cards for a luxury service, this cost is absorbed into the overhead by your pricing, and honestly, if someone using a credit card is going to break your P/L, you're in a lot of trouble. Long story short, bring cash with you, don't fear the $$$ rating, and enjoy yourself. This is the BEST, cleanest, most hygienic place to get your pedi done in Easley. read more

Severely disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. I had a pedicure and a manicure. The lady who did mine was fine. My daughter had to have her nails and toes painted 3 times. Kathy said that glitter had got into the polish somehow and the paint wasn't bubbled. She offered rudely to fix the nails talking to my daughter, (who is only 11) never looking or speaking to me. After going into Publix and coming back out, I went back into the nail salon and asked for Emily to do my daughters nails. I also offered to pay Emily for doing my daughters nails, because she is one of the only employees in that salon who truly cares about the job she does. I would like to say that I will be back, because Emily is the sweetest person in there, but after tonight I probably will not go back. There is only so much paint thinner you can put in a bottle of nail polish before it is no longer any good or considered polish. I am extremely disappointed that no one apologized and made me pay 2 times to have someone do my daughters nails the right way. Highly disappointing experience. I made an appointment in advance and asked for the best tech available. I was treating myself to a gel mani and pedi as it was my birthday. Based on the reviews I was really excited to try my first salon since moving to the area, but my experience left me frustrated. My pedi was first and things were going ok. I was offered a beverage and chose a glass of free wine and a water. I felt like that was a nice touch and mainly why my review has more then 1 star. The tech acted put out that I asked for 2 drinks. I wasn't trying to be difficult but I needed water after the wine so I asked for both at the same time. The tech was doing a decent job on my toes and I was able to close my eyes, listen to my headphones and relax when suddenly the manicure tech pops up, grabs my hand and starts filing away. OH HELL NO! I have major issues with salons that do this. Clearly you are trying to rush me out of here and now I can no longer enjoy my foot massage while you haphazardly file my long natural nails crooked. This is my biggest pet peeve with nail salons other than uncleanliness, it's so rude and inconsiderate. So my pedi wraps up and I get over to the mani station. My tech was a young female who was more interested in texting and talking on the phone than paying attention to my nails. SO DISSAPOINTING. She didn't take the time to carefully push back my cuticles and in about a day the gel started to chip around my cuticles. I left feeling like I just wasted money on a service I was treating myself with for my birthday. I also thought this was going to be my go to salon being new to the area but I will probably never go back. If you are looking for an affordable and quality salon go to Nail Spa next to Tuesday Morning and Staples. They are attentive and never rush you. My manicure has gotten several compliments and I'm going on 3 weeks strong through Vegas and swimming in the ocean without any chips! read more

Being from out of town I am not familiar with other places but chose this place based on the 1 other review. I am more than pleased. Had a mani/pedi and probably was the best I've ever gotten. I will never go here again. I went in to get a gel manicure they did fixed (it didn't even last 4 days) and she tells me they'll fix it. She then goes back to her customer and make fun my hands and fingers in front of me. I know it was about me becasue she looked right at me and pointed and the other lady actually turned around to look, and they both start laughing at me. Needless to say, I walked out and cried in my car for thirty minutes. read more

This was by far the worse pedicure I ever got. I took my teenage daughter for a mom daughter pedicure. They had us sitting for about 20 minutes in lukewarm water, then we got one pedicurist come over and start on my daughter, she appeared to get a good pedicure at least.. At least 20 minutes later someone finally came over to do my pedicure. And with two swipes of the scrub block and extremely quick scrub with the liquid scrub he cut my nails, trashed one of my cuticles, then started putting the polish on. Yes, they completely skipped any lotion or massage. He seemed to realize it after my nails were painted and quickly rubbed some lotion on the front of my legs only. I am a single mom of three and this is not something I get to do all the time with my daughter. They gave me $10 off but now my feet are cracking and flaking.
