She retouched my roots yesterday and this is where many stylists fail their clients. Processing virgin hair is not that difficult, touch ups however require precision. Whether it's bleaching, relaxing, or color touch ups, many stylists fail to protect the processed hair from previous treatments. Some stylists also go and work on other people or take long breaks while your hair is being processed. I've seen this in salons and have had my hair damaged because of this in the past. These stylists are incredible and everyone comes out looking wonderful. I've also brought my family in for haircuts and have been very happy with the results.

Lucky for me I was able to get an appointment same day as, well you know when you reach "that" point, that it needed to be done yesterday? Yuppers that is where I was at. Willene did an awesome job and exactly what I wanted/was looking for. I did warn her, she was going to want to do before and after photos as it was going to be quite a difference. I had a strict time frame and again Willene nailed it! If there is anything negative it would be that there isn't always someone at the front desk. So sometimes you walk in and just kinda stand their for a bit until someone realizes your there. But honestly that is a small thing. Oh and the best part? well one of the best parts...I was shocked by the price. Like shocked in a GREAT way. I'm accustom to paying upwards of $300 for a cut, color, style. I know sounds crazy but for me it just became the norm. So when Willene said $75 I thought for sure I heard her incorrectly. Nope that was the price. Shocked I tell you, just plain shocked. Great hairdresser, amazing prices and timely appointments. What's not to like?
