She askes questions, listens, and works on the cause of the pain. ~ I injured my hip flexors in the gym, and it had become a lingering pain. I went to my MD, who reccomended physical therapy... tried that. Did not fix it. Tried chiropractic to realign my hips... did not help... tried massages at other places... they helped - but still had the tightness and pain. Sherrie worked on my hips and quads, and FIXED the issue. I go back every couple of weeks now, just out of pure enjoyment. If you have a "soft tissue strain, or pain", go see Sherrie... or if you just want to treat yourself to a damn good massage- go see Sherrie at On Point Massage! I HIGHLY reccomend them!

Cupping was quite interesting- thankfully my husband had it done before me so I knew what to expect, but she still walked me through the process of what it will feel like, the purpose and how to maintain results after it was finished. (It doesn't hurt, by the way!) I will definitely be back to see Heather and will suggest her to all friends/family in need of a massage!

To make things worse when Hannah, my "massage therapist", was "massaging" my feet, something felt odd, she was doing it with one hand which led me to look down and she was ON HER PHONE with one hand while she "massaged" my foot with the other. The "massage" was uneven, odd, and not relaxing. This was a waste of my hard earned money. My feet still hurt after leaving this place. Why was this place trending on Groupon? I don't know. She knew I saw her on the phone and she still offered me a membership and dared to ask me for referrals. The only reason I didn't talk to the manager was because there was a child in the front office and I also needed to get out of there.

The massage Shemar provided easily ranks among my top three most memorable experiences--the other two being overseas. With my background, I have a deep appreciation for technique, pressure, and true therapeutic effort--and it was clear that Shemar gives his all in his work. He is professional, respectful, and highly intuitive. Without me saying a word, he was able to identify the areas that needed the most attention. And for those who value real bodywork, his "deep tissue" is genuinely deep tissue--not just a lighter version labeled as such. Shemar has the hands of a true healer and demonstrates excellence in his craft. For those who truly understand and appreciate the art of massage, I highly recommend booking a session with him.
