So I went ahead and purchased a package for my daughter! And paid for my initial order! My daughter appointment was tomorrow and she will not be able to make it! I called and spoke with dr grace to see if I my mother in law can come in her place! She said no but I can! I told her that I would rather have my mother in law receive treatment and she said the packages cannot be transferred only used by the person who purchased it! I said ok then I can come she put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back to the call and said no you can't it can only be used by the one who purchased it! Well doctor you said I could but now you are saying I cannot! The. I am the one who paid for it and if that's policy it should be in writing!! Then I asked if they have gift cards she said yes! So I can purchase a gift card and give to whoever and they can receive treatment! But I can't purchase a package and possibly become a reoccurring customer and transfer to whoever!
