This SuperMex was always one of my mom's favorite. We don't come often, but it is still a place my family enjoys. Today, we had the best experience with Patti as our waitress. Not only did she provide us with great service, we also watched her work the room serving everyone with so much joy. She was prompt in honoring people's requests and went above and beyond asking if we would like drinks to go. This is not the level of customer service you see often these days and it was very much appreciated. Patti is definitely someone I would hire in my team and use to train others in exceptional customer service. Well done Patti. Thank you for being a bright spot in our Sunday. read more

I would give them 5 stars, reason why I don't is, when my husband and I arrived, he stood by the podium which is the check in counter and two ladies (EEs) approached the podium to retrieve more menus to seat other parties that arrived before us. Not one of those ladies greeted him or tell him that they will be right with him. They completely ignored him. Husband got upset and was left with no other choice but to let them know how rude they were. I ordered take out 3taco combo plate 6/14/25. Absolutely horrible. Waited for order so it would be warm when I got home 1.5 miles away, started eating as soon as I got home & it was absolutely terrible. Same problem a month ago. I've ate in & ordered take out several times without any problems, but after my last 2 experiences it's time to eat elsewhere. Upon arrival I checked into yelp and boom a $5.00 coupon if used with the purchase of $25.00. Took a while for the waiter to come place our order, so I just logged in and started playing my game. Once the waiter arrived she took our order for drinks and our food. 20 minutes later after eating those super big corn tortillas and salsa, we are damn near full our meal comes. My chicken enchilada was pretty cheesy yet a bit dry. I guess it was breast meat. And my ground beef taco was crunchy but the meat inside was mushy and unpleasant. This was left on my plate. Came in for taco Tuesday. The food was as to be expected but the service was so bad it was actually comical. After standing in the waiting area for 15 minutes and filling out their waitlist app on a tablet (it was 7:30 and there was no one else in the restaurant) we just sat ourselves. Took 20 minutes to get drinks, the whole time we were just watching the employees chat so it just doesn't seem like a well ran restaurant anymore. I'll keep getting take out but I wouldn't waste any money tipping these servers. After the meal I noticed that they never actually texted us to be sat at a table so we would have been sitting in that lobby all night. read more

We had an amazing dinning experience. Our waitress Mellisa J was amazing. She was attentive and kept checking on us if we needed refills of drinks or additional salsa. They bring to your plate of fried tortillas not chips, but full size tortillas fried until they become golden brown tostadas. The blended red tomatoes salsa with onions, cilantro, onions and salt and slightly spicy chile was fantastic . Slight punch of heat and nice acidity from the green limes We had three in our party. The first plate was two item combo. Two Shredded beef tacos with all beans as the side dish and Jamaica drink. The second order was the albondigas soup (meatballs) soup with corn tortillas and glass of water. My plate was the three item combo. Two shredded beef tacos, cheese enchiladas with onions rice and beans, garden salad with ranch dressing with a Jamaica drink. The location was pretty busy for a Thursday evening food came out quickly and was nice and hot and delicious. The shredded beef was perfectly seasoned and juicy. Every bite of the tacos was splendid. The cheese enchilada was tasty nicely covered in red enchiladas sauce. The salad was crisp and refreshing made tiny shredded cheddar cheese, sliced tomatoes Romain and Iceberg lettuce, tortilla strips and the dressing on the side. The ranch they use is similar to the brand Ken's Steak House dressing. Creamy. Once again the waitstaff is amazing. Melissa would check in to see how the food was and if we required anything. She was very nice and she brightened our experience with her positive energy and genuine smile and concern of our dinings experience. We were able to finish our meal and pay our waitresses with either cash or credit/debit card our use the QR code on the receipt to pay online. They use the Toast system system. You're directed to the website to pay or if you have the local toast app it opens up for you. The Manager Roland was great and checked in on us as well. Unfortunately, my food was not good. I ordered two chicken enchiladas, rice, and beans and unfortunately, the chicken was not drained well enough and so the bottom of my enchilada was soggy. They only sprinkled cheese on the enchiladas and there were hardly any on the beans I asked for a side of sour cream, they placed it on the beans, not in a small container. I was dispointed yesterday we were check 101 server Vickie M we order Nachos With wal she never brought it sure brought the bill when we never got the Nacho. she bad server from the the start I ask for water lemon I had to ask for 2 times and she never ask if we want anything else my date wouldn't let me complain. I told Vickie we never got Nachos so she took off the bill and never ask if we wanted them or take them home i felt we were push out the door by her actions and behaviors we weren't ready to go I left un happy and still hungry. I never been this poorly until last night. A person behaved in this manner doesn't know customer service especially in bar or as a host or waitress she shouldn't never took the item off unless customer ask or she ask her boss and her boss would talk to the customer how she handled this I feel she not interested in her job. Very overpriced kids meals with not enough food for an average sized 8 yr old boy. We ordered a quesadilla combo that came with a drink with a free refill (found out later that the milk was not included in the refill, although it doesn't state that on the menu). One of the 4 kids was still hungry so we ordered another side quesadilla. We were charged for another kids combo meal. When we asked she said that was the price. So we paid $18 for two kids quesadillas. Not sure that was a fair ask considering any other meal with an actual protein was about the same price. We had a slew of other problems, asking for green salsa is an extra charge. Asking for a side of guacamole resulted in us getting an appetizer guacamole at the full price (sneaky up charge). Not initially giving us milk as a refill, needing to ask the manager. Giving one of the orders the wrong sauce and asking if it was ok just to add the green sauce on top of the red sauce instead of just redoing it right away (they did make it right but just the hesitation was off putting). We understand times are tough but this was a bit too much for us. We won't be returning. My carnitas tasted great and the machaca was good too. Just the little issues added up. The more I think I about it the more upset I am about it. The price, friendly but poor value and just odd overall service. 3 adults, 4 kids under 10 and our bill was $176 read more
