Monitor service recommended by neighbor. I've had more issues with VKA in the first two months of…read moreservice than the whole 20 years of service with SafeTouch! Monitor program is way more complicated than it needs to be. In addition, I feel that the program is collection information! Refuse facial recognition and locational add ons. I only have a graduate education and I'm unable be to master tutorials. Went online for assistance after VKA conveniently ignores my requests for assistance! The original installation, after discounts was four times the fee quoted to me by SafeTouch! Payed a year in advance for monitoring service! Will return to SafeTouch next year (assuming that their business hasn't been taken over by off-site programming!)

Joel at Jax Lock Express was awesome…read more For context, I have a 2006 Volvo V70 wagon. Most older Volvos can have their keys programmed by a third-party locksmith--it's hit or miss depending on the model. Newer Volvos, typically 2015 and up, absolutely require dealership access to program keys, which can cost several hundred dollars. I called around to about 10 other locksmiths, and none of them wanted to touch the Volvo. Joel on the other hand, immediately said, "I'll give it a shot. He showed up on time, was communicative, polite, and professional. Although the key couldn't be programmed to the car (a known challenge with some Volvos), he still tried--and with that enthusiasm left a great impression. Sometimes, just making the effort is enough to earn business
