They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. The owner of the company, Richard, was pleasant to work with throughout and was always immediately responsive to all of my anxieties about whether they would show up and on time, etc., etc. . Two of the appointments, only one cleaning person (half of the "team") show up, so... I had to step in and clean with the ONE lady that DID show up. They sweep/vacuum and mop alongside each other which creates little pieces of wet grime/pet hair and whatever else lands on a wood/vinyl plank floor. My home is easy to clean, with NO CARPET except for one area rug (which they missed vacuuming, all but once). My HVAC has an air scrubber with HEPA filters and I have a portable HEPA air scrubber as well. I shaved my cats so it lessens the hair. They have NOT ONCE emptied my kitchen trash. (I do all the others before they come.) They constantly change the day/date/time of my regularly scheduled cleanings. The very first team they sent out was great, but those girls QUIT the job after a month. The second team has not lived up to the quality of the first. They were supposed to come this week, but they are a NO SHOW and have actually blocked my telephone number. I cannot even wrap my head around the fact that they were supposed to be here TODAY but instead of calling me and having a professional conversation, they blocked my number. Oh, and the 5-star review I left for them elsewhere is getting edited to reflect my true experience. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had with a housekeeping service.
