They have 3 sizes of washers (at various price points) and dryers plus drop off service/dry cleaning too. The washers take quarters only but there's a machine that converts bills to quarters. The woman working there was friendly and helped answer our questions. The place was pretty empty on a Sat afternoon and the waiting area has seats, TVs, and magazines (plus wifi I believe). We started to load our laundry into the dryers and was halfway through when a lady told us to come back on a weekday when it "wasn't so busy." She said the dryers were for her customers and proceeds to point to the washers. First of all, it was a Friday. Second of all, am I not a paying customer myself? It's terrible business practice to treat customers as if it were a privilege to come into your store and make you money. If there were such a policy that you couldn't dry clothes unless you washed them there too, there should be signs up, or at least let your customer finish their load and tell them this time it would be fine, and know for next time, not force them to unload bags of laundry and then kick them out. The kicker was that there was an entire wall of empty dryers just sitting there. Left a sour taste in our mouths. Won't be back. There are many other laundromats out there who would be happy to do business instead.

I do have one issue I encountered this weekend. I did a drop off and had them wash my clothes. When I picked my clothes up one of my bags had wet detergent all over it...now that's unacceptable. They had my cat's bed outside of plastic and this detergent got all over my cats bed as if she doesn't deserve a dry, clean bed smh and I had to re-wash the bed! By the way did I tell you it was still wet and had detergent all over it? The second pic is after re-washing after here washed and I didn't even add soap! There was so much soap in that wash. Now I've done 1 drop off before so maybe this was just a one off. The staff needs to make sure any surface they're placing our clean clothes we paid to get clean, is dry and clean before putting out bags on it. The lady upfront was kind, my issue isn't with her, she might not even been the person they placed the bag (she's older and I doubt she did) but I should've gotten some money back or something. I didn't ask her because I figured you know what, I'll re-wash it smh spend more money I shouldn't have to spend and time I didn't have...that's why I got these washed. So please make sure your employees are mindful of my situation when they are washing and placing people laundry they pay for to be cleaned. Thanks

I'll start with the pros. Their prices are cheaper than the other laundromats in the area. $2.00 to wash a small load as opposed to the $2.50 elsewhere. Their machines are older but they wash very well. The dryers are cheaper as well. A quarter for 7 minutes. The last pro, it doesn't get really crowded in here. This is where the pros end. Now to the cons. The people who work there aren't friendly in the least. No hello. No goodbye. Just grossness. It's crazy hot in there! On a 57 degree day, I was sweating to death. Never been in a laundromat that hot before. I can only imagine how it gets in the summer! There are very few places to fold your clothes. Just these little tiny, narrow ledges here and there. The place is very small and cluttered with laundry baskets. Hard to navigate. Once people start coming in, it's a bit difficult to move around. If there are a lot of people using bleach, be prepared for a STRONG, eye burning stench of bleach to suffocate you. The place isn't the cleanest. The dryers are old and if you are going to dry your clothes on the low setting, it will literally take you an hour and a half for everything to come out dry. It's really slow and not powerful at all. Also, when you open the dryer door, your clothes are going to fall out. So, will I be coming back here? Probably not. Only if my favorite laundromat is crowded but that's a rare occasion.

They do a lot of drop off orders here so machines may be full, but they are quick to grab items out of the machines so you can use them. Staff are helpful, not friendly. If you're looking to build rapport - this isn't the place. No atm, despite being cash only, but there is an atm at the deli across the street. No restrooms either. In the summer, they leave both front and back doors open since there is no air conditioning here. I usually wait in my car but that could be uncomfortable for those without that option. Also, leaving the doors open means all sorts of bugs can fly in and out. My last visit I left with over a dozen mosquito bites on my legs (since I stupidly waited inside for my laundry). Maybe you'll need to bring bug spray :-/

Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely unpleasant due to the younger woman's behavior. She was the only one working and folding clothes when I arrived. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance, and although she saw me, she didn't greet me or acknowledge me in any way. Eventually, she walked over with a visibly annoyed expression, though I hadn't said anything or expressed frustration about waiting. She asked if I had any sheets in my bags, and when I said yes, she sighed loudly and sucked her teeth. After finding the sheets, she said in a rude tone, "Next time, put the sheet on top of the bag." I said okay, though I was taken aback by her attitude. Then she looked at me and, again in a rude tone, asked, "Aren't you going to help me?" and rolled her eyes. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I've never had issues when the man or older woman is working--they're always respectful and pleasant. But the younger woman clearly does not want to be there and should not be in a customer-facing role.
