I was ok with that until they told me that they had a no refund policy and that I would have to order something else. I didn't want anything else I asked for my money back and they told me they couldn't give me my money back because they had a strict no refund policy. I then informed them that it was not my fault that they did not have the product that I paid for. The cashier was rude she tried to pressure me into buying something that I didn't want and refused to talk to me. Needless to say I had to wait on the owner to come in and give me a refund. She arrives 30 minutes later apologizes, but in what establishment is this acceptable? None that I know of. The cashier walked out after messing up different orders and came irate when the workers and customers told her she was wrong and walked out.

The portions are HUGE, so it's definitely something we can share and have plenty to eat. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I've also ordered the kids' chicken tender meal before, and honestly, it was more than enough food for me. They recently moved to a new location and now have an indoor golf simulator that you can reserve, which is a fun addition and makes it more than just a place to grab something to eat. Definitely one of our go-to spots in Oxford!
