We went here about 6 years ago and our experience was AWFUL. The food and the staff were just awful back then. Yesterday we decided to give it a try again and see if anything has changed.. NOPE. The food was just as bad as it was 6 years ago. I'm pretty sure it was sitting there all day before we got there. It was possibly even left overs from the day before. We paid way more than what that food was worth... could have ate out of the garbage out back and had the same experience. The staff even seemed disappointed to be there. The waitress who served us seemed so unhappy and dull. It really felt like she thought of us as burdens.. The food was out on the buffet long enough for it to start drying out. The sushi was spoiled and the customer service was rotten.

I came here about a year ago lusting after Chinese food and left satiated! I did not try the deserts because I focused on the Chinese part of the buffet! I had a very wonderful meal. Greatly enjoyed their Hot & Sour soup! The waitress did not hover over me but kept her eye on me, refilling my drink and removing used dishes as needed. I can not imagine this wonderful place is the same as people were complaining about 2+ years ago! If you haven't been recently, be sure to try them soon! If you're a regular you already know. Everything I tried was either room temperature or cold and had no flavor. The hot and sour soup was very gelatinous.

We quit eating here years ago when our food right off the buffet was cool to the touch and they said they could heat it up in the microwave. We kindly declined the offer and decided we would eat elsewhere. As we were leaving we seen the server scraping my food of my plate back into the buffet food. read more

Went to eat here today, and the lady that brought us to our table was very rude. She had no customer service whatsoever. She took my plate without even asking if I was done with it or not. And the food was cold. None of it tasted fresh. Definitely could improve customer service, and food quality. read more

We stayed away from this restaurant for a year because of the bad reviews, but finally went on Wednesday at lunch time. Although the food was small portioned on the steam table when we first went in, they quickly filled up the trays as the crowd came in. Everything was very fresh and hot. We are from Houston, so the selection wasn't large in terms of different seafoods and sushi, however there was plenty of our family's favorties. My son, who is kind of picky, had 3 plates of food! The egg drop soup was very good! The waitress seemed tired so I get why people would say the server wasn't friendly but she is very efficient and got our drinks quickly. Every table was cleaned quickly and thoroughly. I didn't visit the restrooms so I have no opinion there. We did meet the owner who was very friendly. If you go to any buffet before they close, the food is not as good as during rush hour. Any food left on the steam table goes to waste after the rush so you shouldn't expect perfection. Ok we got here at 7:30 pm it's says they close at 9..... soo last call for food nothing fresh is coming out everything is about out really nothing to pick from what little food we got wasn't that bad I just wish there was more to pick from soo hopefully during the day this place is better 1hr 30 mins before close I wouldn't suggest have if the restaurant is in the dark.. they really going to be that way best close door at 8 cause food was been sitting way to long.... Went there for lunch on 10/4. The lady at the desk that served us had an attitude from the door and was very confrontational. She was very snappy and rude to other guests as well. The food was nice(4stars) but the service was poor. read more

When the American food is better than the Chinese you know it's horrible. Very few options and just disgusting in general. They sat everyone right up against each other and the bathrooms are terrifying. Not a single smile on any workers face. Server is kinda rude and has no manners. read more

My friends and I went here to eat and continuously get sick when we go every time. We try and be nice to give them business, but this time was the last straw. We found rat crap in the men's bathroom, talked to the lady and she got one of her staff to go look with us and we told them we weren't paying because that's disgusting. He agreed. Then we leave and tell the lady saying he said we didn't have to pay. She then yells at him as we leave, he chases us to the car and starts yelling at us being disrespectful and changing up his words and twisting it all around. Never going again. What a joke we just paid 28.10 For 2 people. I understand buffets are not always good so I get that. But to charge that much for horrible food is not right. Egg rolls of all things that are normally worth eating in a buffet were frozen cheap egg rolls. Will not got back at all. read more

The food is good, but....The cleanliness of the establishment leaves A LOT to be desired. Bathrooms were horrendous and comparable to some of the ones encountered at fuel service stations. Never had issue with the wait staff, but others have. Bathrooms were so bad that I won't return. read more

I used to live In Los Angeles, CA so i know a bit about Chinese food and sushi, there basic Chinese foods are 3-4 star quality good for a buffet, but there sushi is sub par, they are consistently loading there sushi bar up with Cream Cease filled sushi with so much cream cheese that is all you can taste.... they need to expand there sushi menu a bit more and take out the cream cheese. read more
