I just wanted to edit my review because I have not been back for a couple years now after my last visit left my eyebrows uneven. Unfortunately I can't recover the picture to show proof, but it was the experience I had here that made me decide not to trust anyone with my brows again. I don't remember who worked with me, but with my last visit after my eyebrows were threaded, I informed the woman that my eyebrows were uneven. She was adamant that it was because of how my eyebrows were. That was not the case being that I previously had a great experience here before. She left one brow arched and the other rounded, also a lot thinner than I wanted. I didn't want her to do more damage, so I paid and left. Maybe the staff here are more skilled and things have changed since my visit - but I won't be taking that chance. read more

Don't go to nahida I told her I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick and she proceeded to remove half my eyebrow hair after I had grown them out for months. Really regret going to her and not the other lady that was there. read more

Been getting my face threaded for over 10 years and this place was terrible. They're messy and they rush. Nehida's threading was also extremely painful. I went in for a full face thread and she left a bunch of hair on my chin, eyebrows, and just completely missed my left sideburn...She was going way too quick and I could feel my skin being pinched by the thread - I'm probably going to wake up to some scarring tomorrow. Was extremely annoyed at having to remove the rest of the hair myself at home. Would not recommend this place. read more

Walked by the store and decided to go in and ask questions about their services so I could book an appointment. I asked if there was a portafolio of their work and the first thing she rudely asked was if I had an appointment. Then she proceeded to answer my questions in a belittling manner. For someone who is new to eyebrow threading, I think I shouldn't have been spoken down to (infront of her customers that were looking on) for asking about pricing, for pictures or examples of their work, and their procedure. I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to walk out with Mickey D arches. Customer service counts tremendously as well as workmanship. In the end, I'm going elsewhere to get my brows done. read more

I get my eyebrows threaded here. I've never waited over 2 minutes, the price is low, and they're super quick. I got my upper lip threaded once which was a mistake. I ended up getting little bumps so instead of a mustache I had bumps for about a week - yikes! I'll stick to waxing next time but this is my go-to place for brows. Today I came in wanting to get my eyebrows done and the woman vida helped me she was so nice and friendly, I came in with two different eyebrows because I've been waiting to get my eyebrows done by them , I stopped going only because it's on the other side of town so out of my way but I knew this place would get the job done how I wanted them . One was fully thick and grown in and the other one was thick and skinny I said I don't know how we are going to get this to look the same but I want to have thick eyebrows she told me don't worry we won't take too much off and that way you can keep growing them out so they both can match eventually... I have been to hundreds and hundreds of threading places throughout the years struggling to find an understanding and professional threader. I decided to try super brows in grossmont center and I was greeted by the sweetest and most classy lady! Her name was Martina! She did my brows so perfect and she offered to do what was best for me. She did not do what most threaders do..(take off all my hairs) She let me grow out some hairs so over time my ruined brows can be fixed.
