I did get a car from here, due to my own personal financial hardship. I did get the car, AS IS, however I ran into problems with the car within 30 minutes of having it. And as usual with the way Texans respond to issues, I called Texas First Auto Sales and informed them and have gotten no response, which I am not having a fit over, because I have learned that Texans have no integrity or honor, therefore its really up to you and your financial situation if you choose to get a car from here. The only reason they got 2 stars from me is because the employees there are very humble and nice.

While we were waiting they had another salesperson come over and sit within close earshot supposedly on the phone with a customer saying we do not make deals like other brands as we offer our best price first. We were travelling in our RV from Utah back to Florida when the transmission on the RV died on I-40. We called to see if they would be able to fix our Promaster. They arranged to have it towed to their location and they sent someone to pick us up so we didn't have to sit on the side of the road and wait on the tow truck. This was a blessing because we had our dog with us and I had a broken ankle and couldn't walk. They gave us a vehicle to use so we could get a room for the night and some food. Long story short, we decided to trade the Promaster in on a Ram pick up. Mr Elder and the rest of the team were amazing! They all went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! They truly care about people!

The reason my comment was made a year later was due to being reminded of the one-sided bad deal my wife and I were offered on 09/26/23 when I took my new car back to the Dealership for its one-year maintenance. I had coffee and visited with my sales rep. and inquired how long it took to get the G-90 trade sold. He explained that the Dealership would have liked to have had more trades like that one and they sold it quickly for $36,950. The bottom line is, we would have driven off with a MB had the-trade amount been in the ballpark and not $5,000 off.
