We were travelling in our RV from Utah back to Florida when the transmission on the RV died on I-40. We called to see if they would be able to fix our Promaster. They arranged to have it towed to their location and they sent someone to pick us up so we didn't have to sit on the side of the road and wait on the tow truck. This was a blessing because we had our dog with us and I had a broken ankle and couldn't walk. They gave us a vehicle to use so we could get a room for the night and some food. Long story short, we decided to trade the Promaster in on a Ram pick up. Mr Elder and the rest of the team were amazing! They all went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! They truly care about people!

I had another reputable shop look at the truck and those services were NOT performed. Alex Garcia the service manager gave me the run around for over 3 weeks, would never call me back. I recently moved from the Houston area and the wife needed a small run about vehicle, (2023 Buick GX) recently purchased from Bacon Auto Ranch near Jacksonville, Tx. I later noticed several rock pits and purchased a touch up tube from their parts department. The paint repair was discolored either thru getting the wrong color or the touch up paint was too old. I took the car and the touch up paint to the service department for some guidance. The tech took me to the parts manager (named above) who was quick to tell me that if I had any paint questions that I would have to drive to the Frankston location. This was his way of taking care of a Bacon customers. If I was the Bacon parts manager, I would have expressed my concern and would have communicated that the touch up paint was correct but perhaps it did not match when dry due to age or how it had been stored. THE BACON SOLUTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN! Give me that touch up paint and I will give you a new one at no charge. I am sorry that you had this problem. The car I purchased had a rebuilt title that was never disclosed verbally. The car had an ac problem from the day we bought it. Several other cars on their lot has rebuilt titles so please search the VIN before you decide. I had my car for only 1 month and decided to take it back to them. Very unfriendly and unwilling to help their customers. They should be required to put the title status on the windshield. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I'd known. But it's partially my fault for not reading every single paper I signed.
