We had a great experience with JT Clean LLC. Their commercial cleaning service really stood out…read morebecause of their attention to detail. They didn't just clean the obvious areas--they paid attention to the little things that are often overlooked, like wiping down door handles and light switches, cleaning corners and baseboards, removing fingerprints from glass doors, dusting hard-to-reach areas, and making sure high-traffic areas looked clean and professional. What impressed us most was that they actually took the time to inspect their work instead of rushing through the job. The restrooms were thoroughly cleaned and stocked, trash was removed, floors looked great, and everything was left organized and ready for the next business day. JT Clean was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in quality control. If you're looking for a commercial cleaning company that pays attention to the details, I would definitely recommend them.

I mainly use their wash & fold drop off service but they told me now that they have a pickup & delivery. It'll be super convenient since there is an pandemic going on in the world. Their wash & fold service is excellent and my clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh. My whites always come out brighter than when I would do it at home. The price is $1.50 per pound. Only takes about 2 minutes to drop it off. Its usually done the next day but sometimes they get it done the same day. When you drop off your clothes you give them your contact info and they'll send you a message when it's ready to pick up. For self-service , they have plenty of washers ranging from small top loads up to $7.75 80 pound washers. Half the dryers are coin and the other half uses their debit card system. You can earn points on the card for free washes or redeem for gift card. They also have got some snacks, an arcade to kill some time, and detergent if you so happen to run out. Overall I highly recommend this laundromat. I will try their Pickup & Delivery service once it gets implement!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. This place is an absolute biohazard. It is straight-up…read moredisrespectful that they have the nerve to charge actual human currency to use this equipment. The washers are crusted with grime, the dryers look like they haven't been wiped down since the 90s, and the floors are revolting. I wouldn't even let my dog walk on that tile, let alone put my clean clothes anywhere near it. It's an insult to the neighborhood. Do yourself a favor: stay far away and find a place that doesn't feel like a literal garbage can. Total rip-off. And to top it off expensive and short wash cycles on the washer machines.

My new dress came back to me smelling like B.O…read more It was my first time coming here and everyone and their mother was recommending this place so I thought I'd give it a try. The experience was pleasant and quick. It took 2 days for them to tailor and wash the dress I had bought online. I was highly anticipating this dress for a wedding I had coming up the next day and didn't expect any issues considering this place was so highly rated. But unfortunately when I got home and tore open the clear wrap off the hanger, a terrible stench hit me. My brand new and CLEAN dress smelled like body odor. I emphasize clean because it was noticeably washed and steamed too. I felt very confused and disappointed as to how this could be. And before I could even think to call about it, they had closed and now it's too late because the wedding event is tomorrow.... Don't think I'll be coming back.

I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for many years and have always appreciated the…read moreclean, modern, technologically advanced facility and the quality of the neighborhood it serves. Unfortunately, there is now a serious concern that I believe needs the direct attention of the owner. There has been ongoing loitering in the parking lot and along the side of the building, and I have personally brought this issue to management's attention on several occasions. At this point, it is disappointing to see that the problem continues. Paying customers should not have to repeatedly encounter individuals congregating around the property or feel uncomfortable walking to and from their vehicles. This is especially concerning when customers are carrying laundry, purses, personal belongings, or visiting during less busy hours. This facility has always presented itself as a sophisticated, well-maintained laundromat, and the environment surrounding the building should reflect that same standard. Owner involvement is clearly needed. If management has been made aware of the situation multiple times and the problem continues, then stronger and more consistent action should be taken to protect the comfort and overall experience of loyal customers. I have supported this business for years, which is exactly why I am speaking up. I would hate to see an otherwise excellent establishment lose longtime customers because a preventable issue is being allowed to continue. I sincerely hope the owner sees this review and takes meaningful action. Respectfully Danielle N.
