The receipt said I can pickup Tuesday, I tried to pickup and the woman couldn't find my blazer.... She asked when I left it and what color, when the receipt says all the information. Then after a couple minutes she couldn't find it and said it was probably in the another location...??? Then I get a phone call 30 minutes later and said it was ready for pickup.... Honestly so sad and disappointed right now. My dad took my graduation gown and stole to make sure everything looked great before my graduation day. He was told that it was okay to pick it up on Saturday. He arrived well before closing time, and when he got there- there was no one and it was closed. Mind you, the closing time on here says 5:30 and the time on google says 5:00. He got there at 4:20 and was told by witnesses that the woman working left an hour prior. You need to let your customers know this! You had our phone number and could've alerted us, knowing that we were coming today. Insanely unprofessional, and sad that we will discontinue coming here after so many years. Update: we were finally able to get in contact with her, and she opened the shop for us. That was kind of her and I am not saying that I don't appreciate that, however- she has the absolute worst business ethic. No compensation or discount was given, and she claimed it's because "they close at 4." If you're going to close at 4 you should have this posted SOMEWHERE. It wasn't posted on google, on their door, anywhere on their businesses windows, or on yelp. My dad was even verbally told that they close at 5. If you don't want to be disappointed, do not come here. read more

I was amazed for it was but one an excellent experience! I am a fan. In fact Lee's Cleaners excelled in all aspects of hospitality, consistency and above the all a professionalism. Charissa is a charming person who takes care of everything from the scratch to the end. The place is clean, not overcrowded, easy accessibly for ample parking space on the plaza, processing of orders comes very smooth, prices are very competitive. The delivery was made fast without any hassles at most convenient time and literally to the porch, so however it has to be made to the second story the delivery worker was so kind to lift it up in there. Well thank you Charissa very much and all of you guys who are behind the process, I do positively recommend this place and will turn back to it at any occasion. As of today, I will not go back to this establishment! I took a pair of pants to be hemmed and after a few times of wearing the pants, the hem unraveled. It seems like the tailor/seamstress did not reinforce the hem. I took them back today, to demonstrate how the pants' hem are coming undone. The woman working there said "it was due to normal washing and not their workmanship." I said to the silly woman, "do you hear what you are saying?" I said, "by that logic then all the pants hemmed here at this establishment are going to come undone." I heard the silly woman tell me about the tailor/seamstress got covid and that's why they were slow in getting clothes back in a timely manner. This is why, I went back to them to get the hem redone. New owners, which are ruining this business. Are they trained to do this? The lady who helped me at the counter took forever to enter my order, seeming to be lost in front of her screen. I dropped of 3 ties and a comforter that I mentioned was to be "dry cleaned only". I picked up my comforter and the owner had to get it out of his car. I think he gets it done elsewhere. Anyway, my comforter was damaged and no longer fluffy. I asked if he out it in the washer, and he claimed that he did not. It was ripped on the edges, which doesn't seem to be something that dry cleaning would do. I will not return here. Should have known, when I saw the change in ownership. read more

First off they said they opened at 10 , I'm outside waiting at 9:45 so I can get my uniforms and catch my flight . 10 comes and goes , 10:10 comes and goes & finally someone decided to show up at 10:20 . They ruined my dress white uniform(navy) the top has red stains all over it (IF YOU ARE MILITARY DO NOT COME HERE) & my dress blue pants aren't ready . DO not use this cleaners! I took an expensive wool trench coat to this cleaners and they said they had a theft of the truck that had clothing in it including my coat. They had me to fill out a form for the insurance company to reimburse me for the loss of the coat. Every time I followed up with them on the reimbursement there was always an excuse. They never once followed up with me on the status of their insurance claim. After 2 months of waiting, I gave the owner a call to follow up. He told me that he would pay me out of his pocket. He agreed tp meet me at the cleaners at a certain time, so I made sure I was there 10 minutes early. When I arrived the store was closed. I noticed there was a little dog inside of the store with a leash on which told me someone was inside. I knocked and knocked but no one came to the door. I called him to let him know I was there and that there was a dog inside. He tells me he is not there and he doesn't know who's inside? He told me to go to another location to pick up the money! By this time I was livid! I told him he should have honored our time and bring me the reimbursement. He refused and said he would give it to his worker the next day. So I go the very next day and they gave me the money (which was short) of what the coat was valued at. Needless to say I was upset again. Rather than causing a scene and going off I made the decision to take what they gave me and just call it a day. These people do not know how to do business, they will screw over you and could care less what they do with your garments. Do not do business with them! read more

Told my girlfriend to come and pick up her gown for her college graduation anytime on a Saturday. We went to go pick it up an hour before they closed and no one was there. Called them several times after this and got no response. Customer service is horrible. She's not going to have her gown and stoles for her COLLEGE GRADUATION. DONT COME HERE. read more

I think my first visit here will be my last due to their level of unreliability. I dropped off a dress to be serviced. The lady told me it would be ready in 2 days, but I couldn't make it that day. So I came in on the 3rd day and she couldn't find my dress! She said it was sent out to be serviced but she could contact the man that had it. I needed my dress THAT NIGHT so she said she would receive it from the man before 5pm and would wait for me to pick it up before she closed the store. Around 5 I got no call or answer from her. It turns out she closed the store despite her promise. At this point getting my dress serviced was pointless but I picked it up a few days later. She said both she and the man forgot about my dress. This dry cleaners is getting 2 stars simply because she didn't charge me for the mistake. read more

After using others cleaners in the area I decided to give a try to this one the other day because I was shor with a hot dog and ended up with a big mustard stain in my HB suit. Two other cleaner refuse to do the job cause the said the could not warranty it. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This was my first and last time visiting this cleaners. I dropped off a outfit for a zipper fix a 4 days before I needed it and was told it would be ready in 3 days....well guess what that didn't happen. This will be our closure to this place bc it caused a minor trauma to our whole family. If they can see all our pleads or hear the messages we have left, I hope there will be a miracle before Monday morning at 6am. The place closed earlier than what was said on their hours of operation. The door clearly reads: closes 5:00..My hubby got there at 4:20pm and the doors were closed. A witness said that the owner took off an hour earlier. That means that we cannot get our daughter's graduation gown and stoles!!!! How heartbreaking this situation is for her. My hubby wanted to gift her a nice unwrinkled gown and stoles and in return this happens. The sad part is that NO ONE in the area knew how to reach them other than their business phone. 0 stars if possible. I was recently disabled from shoulder surgery, and came into the store looking a little disheveled. BUT,,, I still greeted an older Mexican woman behind the counter, who looked me in the eyes twice as I said hello, and deliberately ignored me while greeting another customer walking in. 2 strikes!! 3rd strike was my husband's motorcycle jacket still looking as if it did the day I submitted it for cleaning! I cannot emphasize enough how terrible, unreliable and unprofessional this cleaners is. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the first few times there were issues, but it appears that their incompetence is very consistent. More often than not, my articles are not ready when they say they will be ready. I even try to call ahead to confirm they are ready, but they either don't pick up the phone, or can't figure out if my clothes are ready even when I give them my name, phone number, order slip number, etc. I have wasted so much time driving back and forth only to have my articles of clothing not be ready for pick up (well after they said they would be ready). They do not offer a discount even when they do not provide the agreed upon service in the agreed upon time frame. Their prices are higher than most other area dry cleaners for a much lower level of service. The people working behind the counter have serious communication issues - they cannot explain why things aren't ready, or where the articles of clothing actually are, or when they will be ready. read more

This place has such terrible customer service, I made a Yelp account so I could finally rate them. I had a free Belly (it's a website that gives you free rewards) which allowed me to dry clean any 3 items for free. I went to Lee's Cleaners and they wouldn't honor it. I wasted my time to visit this location and try it out, and they didn't even bother to say "we'll honor it this time." I didn't understand why, because they had an iPad on their front desk (you redeem the Belly by using the iPad). So the infrastructure was there, but apparently they didn't like the cut of my jib. Any company that (1) doesn't honor something they signed up for and (2) doesn't make-up for it with any customer service is ridiculous. My thought is the owner is trying to get people in thinking they have a free service and then take advantage of them when they arrive... read more
