Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. I think this is because there wasn't a consistent, calm pack leader...Max is exactly that. As soon as she started working with Max, I could tell she ABSOLUTELY loved him! Every time he comes to pick her up and take her to the dog park, she wags her tail, jumps higher than I even knew possible, and doesn't look back. She is incredibly comfortable with him and is always tired and happy when she gets back home. Not only has Max been accommodating and flexible, but he has also been a super supportive dog expert who has helped me with different things that have come up with my dog, whether it's concerning behaviors or even tips on grooming, etc. He truly cares about his dogs and will do whatever it takes to ensure their wellbeing. We used Julie for a little over a year before sadly moving to a new area (the hardest part of the move was leaving Julie). Julie was ALWAYS communicative, responsible, accommodating, and affordable. Plus it is obvious how much our dogs, especially our first one who she took on dog park adventures since he was a puppy, love her SO much. We would sometimes come across her and her pack at the dog park on weekends and Odin would sprint across the dog park whenever he would spot her. She is great with rescues and is a huge pitbull advocate, something really important to us as both of our dogs are pit mix rescues. She is also a force free trainer/behaviorist, another huge plus for us. Her passion for dogs is unmatched. I wish EVERY dog owner could have a Julie in their lives. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Julie came to our home to meet our dog and she was really great. We had set up other meetings with walkers that do dog park visits, and none could seem to control the energy of our young lab. Julie set boundaries with Abbey and was very good about calming Abbey down. She really understands pet psychology. In addition, our dog was afraid of getting in and out of cars. We were worried that Julie wouldn't be able to get Abbey in to the car to take to the park. But Julie reassured us that she would work with Abbey to get her comfortable and now Abbey is much better about getting in our own car! We have now used Julie as our walker for almost a year. She has never missed an appointment with Abbey. Every time Julie takes Abbey out she sends us a text message of Abbey having a great time. She also leaves a note on what Abbey did. It is really nice to have our dog taken care of by someone who cares about our dog as much as we do. Unfortunately, we are moving. I wish we could take Julie with us! She is so great with our dog. Nola rescued me when she arrived at Seatac (from a Texas shelter) back in 2013. Roxy had groomed my dogs since they were puppies and was truly one of a kind--patient, loving, and always treating my boys like her own. So when she entrusted Bonni with her clients, I had no hesitation. I knew she wouldn't have passed the torch to anyone but the best. Bonni quickly earned my full trust--and the love of my dogs. One of the best parts is that she kept Lorna, Roxy's original assistant, who my dogs also adored. My Havanese never loved getting groomed, but when Roxy and Lorna showed up, his tail wagged, and he was always happy to see them. The same became true with Bonni. Even my elderly Chihuahua, who hates having his nails trimmed, would get excited to see her. They would practically fight over who got to go first when Bonni arrived! I especially want to thank Bonni and Lorna for the love and care they gave my sweet Havanese, Teddy, in the last 9 months of his life. He passed away in September 2025 at age 13 from heart failure, and he was on a lot of medication and needed extra gentle care. Every visit from Bonni and Lorna felt like a gift. No matter how he was feeling, he'd come back from their grooming truck looking like a happy puppy again--beautifully groomed, tail wagging, and smiling from ear to ear. Their skill is amazing, but their love is what truly sets them apart. We recently welcomed a new Havanese puppy, and I can't wait to book his first spa day with Daily Dogs once his coat grows in. She took care of our dogs, Mason (17yo) Bichon and Molly (15yo) Bichon mix. Mason was so old that Lorena bought special hammock for him, because he couldn't stand up anymore. She was so gentle with him, even though Mason had a bunch of skin tags. I know he loved Lorena. I remember his happy face every time i saw Mason after grooming. Mason passed away in May 2022. Lorena is now taking care of Molly, Mason's sister. Lorena is the best, she has love that given to all dogs she takes care of. Bonnie and Lorena are a perfect team. It is so convenient to have Molly be groomed close to home.
