When he left I put out a Facebook advertisment for him, describing my experiance and giving him a glowing recommendation! Then the rains came..... I had one gutter on my two story home which is pretty much hidden behind a chimney, it was one that was previously plugged and was still overflowing during the storm. I called Troy when the weather eased and let him know he missed one, that I needed him to come back and clear this one gutter. He said he wanted $120 to come back out, inspect the gutter and decide if my issue was something he overlooked or if it was due to the storm. It took 20+years for that gutter to plug the first time, but only one storm this time?.... Wierd! Anyway, Dude told me to go to hell and my homeowners ladder isn't tall enough for me to do it myself. His website states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but he obviously he doesn't mean it. We used a drone and inspected all the gutters on my house. Troy and his guy did an excellent job! On all but one..... With his tall ladder it would have taken him 15 minutes to make me a happy customer. But he refused. Satisfaction Guaranteed MY ASS!!

Over time, more nests began appearing in other areas, and we even noticed pigeons settling under our solar panels. We decided it was time to find a contractor who could give us peace of mind by securing our pop-outs and solar panels to prevent further nesting. After getting quotes from four different companies--each offering a range of solutions--Ruffled Feathers stood out as the most practical and effective choice. Their work has completely solved the problem. We haven't seen a single bird on our roof since, and we're thrilled to know they can no longer nest on our structures.

Elementary things, but apparently everything is extremely difficult. I contacted several solar panel cleaning companies and ultimately chose Pure Solar Clean based on…read moretheir reviews and the initial interaction I had with them. Ross called me back within 15 minutes and provided a reasonable quote. He mentioned that most customers typically have their panels cleaned three times a year, but since we only wanted a one-time cleaning, I appreciated that he did not pressure me to sign up for additional services. He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.
