I really like that there are white noise machines so that when you have your appointment there is privacy. My first session was rescheduled after the fact and the sessions amount to what you can find on Youtube. After attempting to reschedule a missed session, which Reggie failed to respond to twice by email, I decided to cut my losses with this sham of a counseling center that just churns people through that are here by court mandate. Look for a more professional center if you want real help.
