While it is not cheap, it's worth it. You get ushered back to the bathroom to change. You have your own locker that you can put all your stuff in and lock, so very secure. Very nice bathrobe and sandals to put on and then you go into a waiting room. Very calm and serene. A couple of different flavored waters to choose from and snacks if you're so inclined. Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom. I super appreciate that there is a shower. The only downside of massage is having that oil all over you and getting dressed again. Loved the shower - very clean and great towels. They actually have Thai massage bars on the ceiling of the room that I was in, although I don't know that he ever used to them, he was definitely fully on the table with me a few times. Even though my certificate was for a Swedish massage, this definitely was not that, but way more therapeutic! Lots of long strokes, stretching, and deep pressure, which I like. They have the public room for chair massages, but they also have a few private rooms, which was where I ended up. I was asked to only undress from the waist up, which allowed for an amazing back massage when I was Face down. Then when I flipped over, I was of course covered on top, but since I still had my leggings on, he was able to do some really great stretching with me in that position.
