Most of the first 2 hours were spent getting to know me, having me do a few "tests" to understand my brain more and working through what I want to accomplish from the appointments and in life. I saw Dr. Plumb for memory issues. This is a hard one for most therapists. I have seen 3 others Hypnotherapists and had given up on the idea of this treatment type helping me. But out of desperation I decided to try 1 more time. It worked. I know that I was under because I was extremely weighted, and I left like I was falling twice among other things.
