He helped guide me through the most difficult time of my life thus far (divorce) & has continued to be an excellent resource in helping me flourish as a happy, healthy person. Sessions & "homework" with him were very productive - rather than just feeling like I went there to simply talk. His approach is positive, but realistic & challenging.
