My house was damaged in the March 14th storm but it was not anything structural mostly just cosmetic work. Tesson Roofing and Exteriors service was excellent from the beginning to end of the project. They got all the damaged siding and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our project manager, Jake Looney, was the biggest reason the project went so smoothly. His ability to communicate throughout the process was excellent and he made you feel more like a friend or family than a client they were just servicing. The quality of work was exceptional and the bid came in right at what my insurance provided us for the repairs so we did not have to go back and forth with the insurance company. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing and exterior needs and specifically ask for Jake he makes the experience even more pleasant. My rating : BEST

Vince promptly scheduled an appointment with me and arrived to see what I needed done. We agreed on the full boat. He contacted to replace my siding, windows add new fascia, soffit and gutters. I also needed some work done in my garage and a couple of things done in side my home. He also replaced 3 doors inside and out along with new locks. On top of all this Vince recommended a garage door company to install a new electric garage door. Once the materials arrived Joe and Martin went right to work. These are two of the most polite, respectful hard working men I've ever had work on my home. Even to the point of doing some extra things I needed done. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was excellent. The overall cost was very competitive and I truly appreciated all the extra things they did without any negative comments. This is really an awesome company and I will not hesitate to request their services in the future. Thank you gentlemen, job well done!

Never prepped or sanded the walls painted right over dropped sand from the ceiling and blamed it on the $90/ gallon paint. Took 3 weeks to fix plumbing on sinks because he installed incorrectly. We had a contract for a complete bathroom remodel including a shower, painting, new lighting, and replace all faucets. We never did get a shower installed, after multiple attempts and excuses to obtain contractor discount. Texts shows he said his bathroom guy left and the shower we contracted for he had no one to finish it. After 2 months of excuses medical ( elbow, heart, kids... ect NO CALL, NO SHOWS.. we had enough and fired him. We had to resand and repaint most walls, replace and reinstall the exhaust fan (so loud and cheapest he could buy) we had to clean off all the dried paint on our new light fixtures and faucets. Pretty much redid the job we paid him to do. He told us he couldn't handle the job because of all the health things, not having staff, and just "life" But I know he's still out there ripping people off because he told the BBB in a rebuttal he never told us he was quitting his shady Azz business. Where to begin. #1…read more Our friends use to own this company and sold it to the new owner Jake. This company is no longer owned by anyone in the Gallagher family. #2. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.
