As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place.

I had several appointments remaining from a package I had already purchased, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much when I decided to come back. I'm very happy to say that I was wrong to assume things couldn't improve. Today, I had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Tiffany and she personally took care of me. She gave me one of the best facials I've ever had. No...seriously!! It was a jaw dropping, melted like butter, fall asleep and snore kind of experience!! In addition I was impressed with how much she educated me about caring for my skin. She shared natural approaches and techniques I had never heard of before, without immediately turning to fillers or other invasive treatments that can potentially damage or compromise the skin. She also immediately texted me some options for continued skincare between appointments before I even got to my car! The experience was completely different from my first visit, and I genuinely felt cared for. Having experienced treatments with several other estheticians over the years, I definitely have something to compare it to, and I can honestly say that this experience stood out.
