For whatever reason, my electric bill was out of control. I interviewed every solar company in the Long Island area that existed for the past six years. I listened, I got educated. They all said they were the best and the others were the worst. They were all about making a sale, not about what my needs. I caught so many of them in lies with mis-representing how solar would benefit me. Many of them provided saving estimates that were totally inaccurate. Why did the competitors fabricate? They were only concerned about making a sale to reach a quota. Not looking out for me and my family. After sitting on the sidelines for six years of investigating solar, I was introduced to Chris Hoffman, President and owner of PREMIER SOLAR SOLUTIONS. I placed a call to Chris only to find out he was on vacation with his family in Phoenix and due back in 7 days. Well......in less than 15 minutes I got a call from Chris Hoffman, (on vacation) where he took 45 minutes of his family vacation time to answer all questions regarding my solar needs. I had a proposal from him the next day. (on vacation) The rest was history. I hired Premiere Solar solutions because Chris Hoffman explained how he and his company works and what was the best solar installation for my needs. He never discussed or brought up a competitor or mentioned why his company is better than the competition. He promised delivery and honest results. That says it all about Premier Solar Solutions. Once we agreed to move forward, my installation was quick and smooth. The workers arrived when they were supposed to, and they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the install from beginning to end. In the past my average balanced budget electric bill was $375.00 per month. Since I installed solar from Premiere Solar Solution my electric monthly is less than $26.00 per month. He walked us through the process, the benefits of solar and what set up makes most sense for us. He also was able to get us great pricing which was almost 10% lower than other estimates. Paperwork and payment was a breeze! Once the permit was approved (took about 5 weeks after signing the agreement), they came and installed the panels in a few days which was impressive (probably lucked out with availability). The install crew (was literally an army! about 8-9 guys) came promptly at 7:45AM (15 minutes early which was great) and was finished by 1PM. The head of the crew walked me through the process and closed out great showing me the app and next steps. Clean up was also fantastic as nothing was left behind. Currently we are waiting for the inspection so we can start banking the unused solar for future use. But still we are generating over 45 kWh daily (on a sunny day) and our average usage is about 30 (we have 2 EV's) so we are about 150% efficiency which is great. Though we can not bank yet, we are still utilizing solar power so our electric bill for the past week will be minimal. All in all, SUNation Energy is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and customer service seems to be a top priority to them. My neighbor and inlaws are now interested in solar and will be referring them to SUNation and Rob Moser - they also have very nice cash incentives for referrals!!!

They helped us bring down a squirrel's nest humanely and happy to say the mother squirrel has relocated the babies. I'm so glad I called Empower and these techs were sent. Also, we have had perfect performance from our solar panels all these years. I recommend Empower 100%.

I have solar panels thru this company (Empower) for about a year now..its been a total nightmare,…read morestarted with the 1st lie about no cost for my electricity usage, 2nd lie my tax credit amount, 3rd lie my monthly solar panel bill amount, 4th lie and how my bill will be lowered after the tax credit..All was a pack of fkin lies. I still pay for electricity a small amount plus all con Edison tacked on fees( another disgrace company) my monthly bills for the solar panels was quoted $250 but I'm billed $289 per month plus my con ed bill...oh don't worry you will receive a $12,000+ tax credit (federal) to help pay off your $38,000 loan and a state tax credit also for thousands.. yeah we'll I was issued $6000 for federal and still awaiting approval for $3000 for the state , $9,000 total, barely moved the dial on this loan..and they don't lower your monthly cost after paying down your loan as stated by the sales rep. I pay almost an extra $300 that I can not afford in this economy, Believing I would trade out one bill for another, benefitting in the long run, both for me and our environment..I was bamboozled into paying 2 bills for the same production... Let's not talk about how they had to come back to my house and also troubleshoot these solar panels because they did not work for the first couple of months . I'm really thinking I should sue them. I have the rep in my house on recording telling me all these lies.
