Please remember when you book here, a shampoo and blow dry is not included with a haircut. We were concerned but my mom said that the owner, Renaye, said she would fix it and finish her eyebrows when she comes back for the touchup. We went back for the next appointment about 2 months later and of course it took like 4 hours to complete and she was working on multiple clients while my senior mother waited. When she was done she took $70 dollars from my senior mom and then sent her outside to get me to pay the rest of the bill. I was confused because I thought that the service was complementary considering she didn't do a good job the first time but she said it's $75. I wanted to just understand how her business works and she explained that she gave my mom invisible strokes that we couldn't see. I'm like okay. Then she got an attitude just because I was asking questions to understand and took back the card reader and changed the price to $100. I was confused because she just said it was $75 but apparently if you ask her questions about her service she adds charges to the bill. When I got to the car I was like she made me pay $100. My mon was like no she didn't and that's when I learned my mom had already given her $70 in cash. Renaye is a thief! Taking money from seniors and then over charging me. I called her on my way home to give her the opportunity to do the right thing and she did not answer my calls. I will be finding a new place for my mom and I moving forward and I suggest you do the same.
