He scrubbed part of the bottom of my foot with a purple scrubby and now it is more rough and feels like Velcro. He cut the sides of my nails and left nail in the side of my toe. Felt like my tech was in a hurry and didn't really care since I was not getting gel nails. He appeared to be in a hurry for his next gel nail appointment.
