Although the employees are friendly they do not give the correct pricing o. There drop off services. I have used them 3 times and 2 out of 3 have been charged extra for something. Throw blankets or an extra wash for o e item. I would have no problem paying but it would of been nice to ha e been told ahead of time not when I come to pickup and now I owe you and additional $20. read more

The family that runs this place is so nice, the place is so clean, their equipment is industrial and get stains out of everything, very reasonably price, free Wi-Fi, 2 big plasma TVs, this place is wonderful!! Absolutely love this place! Literally the most CLEAN laundry mat I've ever seen. Normally they aren't too packed, and the workers are always helpful! They have two TV's that have Netflix/Hulu. So always nice to watch that while waiting for your clothes. Overall a great experience! Go check them out! read more

Upside:clean place,washers and dryers work. The laundry attendent checks the dryers to make sure they heat and if they don't he gives you your money back on the spot. Downside: Hard to find parking. Its a busy center with a small parking lot. read more

Washer died 4 days before Christmas, meaning repair people would also be booked out unless I wanted to pay some crazy emergency fee when i knew they'd probably have to order a part anyways. This laundromat is about a mile from my house, so while I waited for repair, I gathered almost 2 weeks of laundry and took the opportunity to also take all blankets and comforters as well. First thing I noticed was how clean everything was and stayed that way, with the attendant constantly cleaning everything. Lots of rolling baskets and big load washers and dryers, where I was able to use for the loads of blankets that would normally take several loads at home. I was in and out in 2 hours with all of the laundry washed and dried, laundry that would have taken me days to finish at home. Plus the machines take both coins and electronic or card payments. Good wifi and snack machine kept my kids quiet in between helping. Will stop by again when I need it!! read more

After going to one laundry mat and realizing I had completely forgot to get cash out I drove down the street to get something to drink and get some cash out at bel-air... I drove the wrong way and ended up seeing sunshine laundry I was like "okay I just need to get these clothes washed." I pull in and walk inside and the owner walks up smiling asking me if I needed help. I brought my laundry in and went over the price of each machine and the driers and brought my a little brownie while I was waiting. Super nice very clean! I went here today because my dryer is on the fritz and I needed to dry 3 loads. The place was clean. The gentleman working there was available to help and wasn't pushy. My go-to laundry mat in town. I have been coming to this laundry mat for over 15 years and stopped coming a few months ago until I saw that there was a new management. I walked in and there were new machines and dryers added. Before there were only like 4-5 dryers that worked and everything was basically out of order. The new added feature is amazing, pay with your credit/debit card. It is convenient for those of us who don't carry cash on them at all times. The machines are great and the folks that run the place as well. They are very friendly and always ask of any help is needed. I definitely recommend this laundry mat! read more

I'm someone who Dreads doing laundry. Because I have to go to laundry mats. But sunshine laundry is amazing the owners are so friendly and helpful. The locations clean all the time the hours are so convenient. Recently when the COVID-19 pandemic started I was nerves about being anywhere especially since I have a 3 year old so I decided to try the drop off service it was great. But my husband forgot a bag of stuff and the owner offer to drop it off and then checked in with me about a week later to see if I need service again, And I did need drop off service again. So the owner offer to pick it up and drop it off since it was on his way. He Didn't even ask for anything extra. Just being a kind person. I was so thankful because my husband works a lot and we only have one car and I have A 3 year old so laundry can be tough at times. I'm so thankful during a time like the COVID-19 that they where so helpful just being kind people. I recommend everyone to do laundry here. No matter if your doing your own laundry or u need to use drop off service no matter which one you decide to use the customer service is amazing. read more

I hate to do this but one thing that is good about the place is it is open late, why I will never go there again is another thing. A few nights ago I was there washing clothes I didn't have any problems with anybody or with the manager himself. That being said, toward the end of my wash I got a visit from the security guard who's patrolling new place for no reason at all the security guard tells me that I am no longer able to wash my clothes there.he doesn't even have a reason to tell me why I'm not allowed at the washhouse anymore. This being an understatement I was shell-shocked and could not believe my ears, I was being discriminated against so that is the reason for my one star the manager is unreasonable and he obviously doesn't care about his customers. read more

The chain smoker (manager) standing in the doorway ( so he's "outside" ) smoking ... or the three to four homeless people sitting on the steps just left of the doorway smoking. Don't come here. It's not worth the woman who will follow you around ordering you how to do your laundry, sticking your clothes in the dryer if you leave during the wash, and grabbing your clothes to "help" load them. Oh and even though last wash is 8:30 and they don't close till 10, if you get there at 7:45 she will tell you that you need to rush your clothes because you came late and she needs to go home. I transplanted to Carmichael in October and had to find a place to wash my large blankets due to my washer and dryer being too small. I found this place and I'm happy I did. I've already been here a few times and every time there is minimal people and great service. The guy at the counter always asks if I have questions or if I need help. He's always walking around cleaning or making sure everything is in working order. The laundry mat has adequate washers and dryers that dry my Cal King blankets in no time. This is hands down the best laundry mat I've been to in a long time and to top it off, it's a two minute drive from my house. read more

Then she told me not to go anywhere because my clothes had to be removed immediately (there was only one other customer). Majority of the machines are broken. It's pretty run down. I go to a laundry mat about once a month to wash my comforter so I'm not really familiar with laundry mat conditions. This one is pretty bad. The guy that was working there was pretty nice and helpful though. read more
