Leave me a message and I will be there. I'm not seven. I returned home from Cuba on Sat, go in this morning for my Monday 8:30 am apt and they cancelled it on me because I did not confirm??!!!! How can you logically explain how I was going to confirm this? It was ridiculous, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. That was SO wrong! She said "it's our policy".. WELL - your policy needs to be reassessed. On top of this THEY have bailed on at least 3 of our apts.... (so & so wasn't in, Covid, short staff - whatever). It happens. I get it. This one however took the cake. THEIR time is the only importance. NOT yours. They overstepped. Short of it is, i) they hound you and treat you like a minor and ii) have zero regard for your time. Starting off a cleaning with a hand paraffin treatment? Yup! The clinic is absolutely as technically advanced as it could be - with all the newest and greatest to make sure you're comfortable during you're visit. The dentist was able to immediately treat some problems that have been bothering me for years, and other dentists said there was nothing they could do to help (solution: fillings on the outside of my teeth where gums had receded and roots of teeth started chipping causing tons of sensitivity and discomfort). The dentist was kind and empathetic, and took care of my needs (even though I had not complained about anything - she was experienced and knowledgeable enough to know what had to be done just by examining). I really appreciate that she took photos of my teeth to after show me what was treated, and what we can do going forward to make sure my teeth and gums stay healthy. The clinic really goes above and calls after the appointment to make sure you're feeling good and see if there are any other concerns. I've never had this kind of experience from a dentist office. I highly recommend visiting! Use Open Care to get a $50 gift card from them after your appointment.
