Huge thanks to the entire team behind Dental Works 4 Kids. My son actually gets excited now about going to the dentist! How is that possible?! Quality of the care and how easy they make it on is parents is definitely a huge plus. If you are on the fence about taking your children to a kids specialty dentistry office, wonder no more! First of all let me say that I have brought my son to 2 dentist before we came here.. First one…read moredidn't work out the second it only worked out cause they used laughing gas on him.. As soon as we go in they made sure we got taken care of right away and you can see that this place is for kids cause the feeling of the area and set up make any kid feel welcomed.. I'm so happy that they were accepting new patients and since someone canceled they were able to schedule my son to be seen by the dentist today. One of the plus I must say about this place is that they do direct billing.. I had to deal with the second dentist we tried we had to pay up front and send in the papers ourself and wait for the reimbursement and we all know going to the dentist is like giving them your whole house it cost so much so not having to pay first and just let them do the direct billing was such a happy thing to hear cause it gives and ease of mind.. Second the staff are very patient I have seen dentist where they force the child to sit of get the parents to hold the child down instead of getting to know the child and building the trust as the dentist we saw today said so that was something I was happy to hear cause my son he is 5 and he went through enough trauma that he is afraid and he cried before they could do anything to him and to hear they want to take it slow build the trust with him made us feel comfortable. If you have 5 to zero patience with kids don't be a dentist for kids cause they tend to get scared or nervous. Despite my son being afraid and it was his first time here he knows he has to go back and he is prepared and ready and he was very happy that they didn't force him to clean or do anything to his tooth.. Stood at the doorway waiting to be acknowledged by two receptionists who sat there looking at us blankly A customer exiting with kids noted "people need to call, is that so hard". One receptioinst stepped out from behind the reception area to assist thius customer exiting with the kids and walked passed us without an acknowledgement and chimed "they are suppose to call from the parking lo.t" I left the waiting area, I will not go back there nor do I recomment this dental office. No customer service.

I called to book my husband's appointment a week ago and as an error they end up cancelling mine? I think it is very unfair when they weren't even appologetic or tried to compensate me for the inconvinence. I have a trip comming up therefore, I booked well in advance. The lady on phone only offered to call me if any cancellations happens which I didn't have time for. I haven't been to this clinic in person and don't plan on it either.
