Immediately help me to relax and reassure me Dr. Corpus examine my teeth then explained the needed minimal work to be done did some scaling and polishing work, prescribed antibiotics and special mouth wash for the infection all this with gentle care and understanding my nervousness no pressure. I then realized being tire and not feeling well all the time was probably to bad oral situation? I ask Dr Corpus to take X-Ray of my lower mouth and give me a treatment proposal plan with future cost. it was done! Second appointment Amazing scheduling done by Gladiss and others no waiting. May the receptionist informed the Dr. of your arrival and Priya directed me to the dental room. Dr Jesin introduce himself and kindly explain he will extract the infected tooth. next appointment Dr. Marianette Crisol main provider, a compassionate, empathetic, person with assistant Lilian show me on a monitor the X-Rays and gently, patiently, explain to me the results and offer 4 different options sketching it on paper each option and the cost. and what she recommend . further works need to be address. Over time we realized they are not very original and hurt money hungry. I had a wisdom tooth removed here and I regret the entire experience. I was under the impression that dr Salvaggio was going to do the procedure but a different dentist did it instead. I was not impressed with him. He was not patient nor was he nice. He made it seem like I was eating his time. The procedure itself was painful. I don't think they numbed me enough as I could feel most of what they were doing. When I tried communicating that with them they mostly ignored me. When it was time to leave that was the worst part. I was clearly in so much pain and drugged so I was not fully aware of everything going on. My mom was there to drive me home and as we were about to go through the door the Secretary at the front desk was asking me for payment!! I couldn't believe it. You think they would have the common decency and respect to ask for payment prior to the procedure or on my next visit or even send me the bill in the mail. I didn't even bring my wallet in from the car because I knew I would be out of it and didn't want to leave it mistakenly behind. When I asked them to fax my prescription to the pharmacy for the medicatio they were completely hesitant. I have never been back to this dentist after this experience and I never will. I don't recommend them at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

On the day of the procedure, I find out that he is performing some other procedure which costs 5 times more. I had specifically told him my reservations with that specific procedure on my very first visit. I feel like my time was wasted and that sort of attitude doesn't go very well with the clients/patients. I am disappointed in him because my initial impression was very positive. I actually liked the guy.
