He discusses your individual case and is very thorough. His whole staff are very pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable. My root canal went better then some fillings that I have filled in the past. I really didn't feel the freezing, he used a local cream first and was so gentle withe the freezing. He has gentile steady hands and was so thoughtful through the whole procedure. He better insure his hands because they are more valuable than gold. If you need a root canal ask you dentist to refer you to him, like mine did. Don't go anywhere else!

A crack typically leads to an infection, so I ended up working with a "crack team" of Endodontics. Dr. Leung and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The work that was done was explained well, and no risks were taken to risk further infection. The break was bad because it was in an awkward spot. The team was able to fix my tooth up and the pain is now much better. Having a root canal was not as unpleasant as I expected it to be, and they had me out the door pretty quick and back to doing normal things. Great experience start to finish and highly recommended.

I thought the procedure was going to be long and nasty. Believe it or not, it was actually quite enjoyable. Unlike other dentists, he explained what he was going to do before each step. I felt much more comfortable when I knew what exactly the doctor was doing to me. The procedure was done neatly and painlessly before I even realized. When I felt painful in my gum around that tooth 6mth later, I called the office and the receptionist was very nice to book me a consult on the same day. The assistant took the X-Ray free of charge. Dr Partnoy explained my X-ray thoroughly and confirmed my bone healed well. He advised me to get a crown instead of the permanent fillings, which was the same reason as what I expected. The team is absolutely professional and I would recommend here to anyone who needs to do a root canal.

I was referred to Endodontic Specialists by Dr. Robert Feeley of Downtown Dental Centre for a root canal. I simply can't recommend Dr. Glen Partnoy highly enough. He was very professional, straight and to the point. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly in terms I could understand and prepared me for the procedure. All in all it took less than an hour. Dr. Partnoy prescribed me pain meds but honestly I have felt no post-op discomfort of any kind. At then end of the day my insurer Manulife only designated eligible $934 out of $1355 for the root canal fee. They only pay the prevailing rate for a dentist to perform root canals as opposed to a specialist. For me I will be going to Endodontic Specialists everytime--it's worth it!

It affects my cancellation of my other appointments which has a cost associated to my cancellations because of the endodontic. When I asked would they reimburse me for their mistake of any late cancellation fees, the female on the phone laughed at me. I asked her what was so funny? she put me on hold. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. NO apology was given. The female on the phone really did not care at all and knows zero about customer service. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPURTUNITY TO GO SOMEHWERE ELSE, DO IT. Save yourself the hassle to be disrespected by the front desk people. They do not care about customer service or any regard for your time.

The office is clean and the staff competent and courteous. I liken most dentists to mechanics for the teeth. More than once me and my family have been talked into having procedures we didn't need - or had procedures that were very poorly performed - weakening the integrity of the tooth. Nightmares! Endodontists are another story. By the time you need to see an endodontist, you're not having much fun and any concerns about "personable" go out the window. Finding a good dentist and an endodontist in the same clinic is pretty much impossible. I had some dental pain and also very sensitive teeth that seemed to get gradually worse. It got so bad that I was hesitant to step outside in the winter, as the cold air was so painful on my mouth. I had visited my trusted family dentist a couple of times, but he couldn't find anything wrong. He referred me to a couple of specialists. The first one poked my sore mouth and rubbed Dent-Ice around to locate the pain. As all of my teeth were super sensitive, I nearly leaped out of the chair, and she scolded me. Finally, she said I that she couldn't find any specific problems but that probably one of my teeth would have to be extracted. The second specialist was somewhat rude when I recoiled at the suggestion that he would also rub ice around my teeth and gums. I explained that my teeth were very sensitive and the mere thought was upsetting to me. He simply shrugged and walked away. Finally, my teeth became so achy that I just went to a dental clinic near my house. Dr. Katz was gentle, and after a thorough exam (no ice!) he referred me to Dr. Rapp (the endodontist in the clinic). He also prescribed antibiotics and some pain meds. After several days of antibiotics, my mouth began to heal - it felt like a miracle. (I was now more than annoyed at my regular dentist for not prescribing the same) When I saw Dr. Rapp, I was nervous, but quickly became impressed by his patient and thorough explanation of my dental issue. He told me what he felt needed to be done and answered all my questions. He even said that he had time to begin work on my teeth that very day. What a difference! Drs. Katz and Rapp changed my life. I had been in constant pain for a long time, but after treatment at this dental clinic, the pain was gone. I continued to visit this office for the next year. Unfortunately, I then moved away from this town, but I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends and neighbours in the area to this dental office. What a difference they made to my life!

I was in a pain for quite awhile, and I put off seeing the dentist because I knew it was going to be expensive. I finally made the appointment once I was unable to eat and the cold air outside caused me pain. Dr. Golosky instantly put me at ease with his great sense of humor and outgoing personality. Not only that, but he is clearly an expert at what he does. My tooth was on the higher scale for complexity due to the inflammation and the location of the tooth itself. The good doctor froze the shit out of that thing, and I felt nothing during the procedure, to the point where I actually fell asleep. Thats right people, I fell asleep during a root canal. There was hardly any pain afterwards, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Golosky for any endo work you need done. He rocks!

I since moved out of country but wish I could still have Dr. Fong as my dentist! I had to take the time to write a review after the many years they took care of my teeth. If you are looking for quality and professional dental care - this is the place. Dr. Fong is incredibly considerate and never dismissive. She always answered my numerous questions and walked me through every step, you can tell she really cares about her patients. I felt like I received the best advice regarding my dental care. I love that they take an environmental approach to how they run the office. Its very modern and clean inside. Their equipment is always new and up to date too.
