I've never been asked before if I was doing ok during any of the procedures at any dental office until I came here. They also tell you ahead of time what to expect. I was impressed with the care they give. I look forward to going here and I highly recommend it to anyone. I love how they have massage chairs, you can watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned and if you want, you can get a paraffin hand treatment while they work on you. While you wait in the waiting room, you can have a homemade biscotti, coffee, tea or water. I usually grab a biscotti on the way out. It's super clean and everything is high tech. You will not regret going here. It's truly an experience and I wish all dentist offices could uphold such high standards.

I was even late one time by around 15 mins and I felt terribly sorry and they were able to fit me in and never even showed any negativity, which I wouldn't blame them if they did! The minor fillings I had was done super quick and no pain, if at all, just minor. They were also very gentle with the cleaning compared to other places where I would be dreading to go. This place makes it feel more relaxing. They even have a TV mounted to the ceiling so you can choose a Netflix show to watch while you get your dental work done. Best part, when you check out with your payment, they help you submit to your insurance so you don't need to deal with the paperwork, which is just the best! You still need to pay first and it gets auto reimbursed from the provider to you. Now I'm not sure how their price is compared to others. Another neighbourhood friend asked where I go so I referred to this place but they said it was expensive because they're out of pocket and don't have insurance coverage.

Dr Lai takes his time to explain all the options available for my particular case and takes the time to discuss the pros and cons of each. He doesn't shame me for the amount of fillings I've gotten in the past, a result of poor upbringing and education as a child and an over aggressive previous dentist. He isn't pushy about drilling holes into my teeth, he always asks if its a real problem for me before he decides to do that and doesn't feel like he's trying to gouge me as much as possible. His hygienist is equally great! Extremely patient and thorough, she always makes sure that I'm comfortable and tells me what she's going to do before doing it. It takes a high level of trust to open one's mouth for a stranger to stick sharp metal sticks into, and sometimes some hygienists tend to forget that. Receptionist has been the same for a very long time. Excellent professional service and a delight to work with. I find the environment appealing without being too over the top. His dental chair is extremely comfortable and it makes me wonder if he's purchased the higher end of dental chairs haha I still appreciate the high level of regard they have for public health safety even though a lot of other places have lifted all restrictions regarding COVID.
