Staff is very friendly and accommodating, I always feel like my teeth are cleaned properly and that they are looking out for me, and they make sure to remind me when I have an appointment. I started going to Dr Yu after my other dentist missed a HUGE problem that had been going on for years. The damage in the end was quite bad and I required surgery. No one noticed it until I came here, and they helped me fix it. That deserves 5 stars alone. Location is in Bridlewood mall, by the library, in that hallway past the food court.

I already had surgery in 2012 with another dentist and it was a fail. I was refereed to Dr. Caudry as an urgent situation and I got a call from her office quite fast. She was very confident that she could fix my problem and the surgery took place a few weeks after. I was expecting it to last for hours - It took only 30 MINUTES AND I WAS OUT. Very quick and efficient. I healed very well (although let's be honest, it was excruciatingly painful) and her reception always made sure to send me text and email reminders for each follow up appointment. My problem has been fixed and I am thrilled with the result. Dr. Caudry's office is conveniently located right next to Bay subway station, in the middle of Yorkville. You would expect her rates to be crazy high because of the prime location, but honestly - it is quite reasonable. Of course it is expensive as she is a specialist ($150 for the initial appointment, if I recall), but it is pretty average. I think the only downturn is if you're driving, it can be a pain to find a parking spot.

I booked an appointment and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left; I was thoroughly impressed. Walking into the dental clinic, I was amazed at how clean and modern it looked. I noticed there were tissue boxes and hand sanitizer available all over the reception area. There was a coffee machine if I wanted one and free wifi. Plus, the washroom was spotless! I came in for my initial patient meeting, x-rays and then a teeth cleaning. The hygienist named Nana was so nice to me. She took her time explaining every single procedure. She actually checked on me while doing the teeth cleaning to ask if it hurt or if I was comfortable. Moreover, she took her time and made sure to do a thorough cleaning. My old dentist office would rush through it like it was some kind of race. At the end, Dr. Maria came in and looked over my x-rays and explained to me what my next steps were. She made me feel like I was more than just a patient. She was looking out for my best interests and I could feel it. After I scheduled my next appointment, all the staff thanked me by name as I left. Due to a handful of factors (lapse in insurance, moving multiple times, a job that keeps me on the move) I had gone far too long without getting my teeth cleaned. I was googling potential places when my boyfriend suggested I try his dentist. Less than 3 minutes later I had a confirmed appointment that I was able to book using their online system. I was admittedly a little nervous when I went in having suffered at the hands of rancorous dentists in the past. My fears rapidly dissipated as Natalya worked on my teeth. I obviously needed a deep cleaning, but she was gentle and kind and made sure I wasn't in pain or uncomfortable. Dr. Morales then performed my oral examination. She informed me that I had a few cavities and some dicey pockets that would require seeing a periodontist; obviously not ideal, but she was kind and didn't make me feel ashamed. Rather, she worked with me in establishing a treatment plan and timeline that works with my insurance limitations and budget. (Gigi at the front desk was also extremely helpful in helping me understand the financial details and providing me the information needed to help plan out my treatment schedule.) I've been back a handful of times now and every time has been as pleasant and painless as before, and that really says something cause I've had a deep cleaning, a gum flap surgery, a root canal, and a filling. The entire staff is amazing. The girls at the front desk are always able to answer my questions regarding dates, prices, and procedures; Vanessa always makes me laugh even when I've got a bitewing x-ray holder in my mouth; and Dr. Sade made gum surgery shockingly painless. the treatment I've received after having surgery at this clinic is completely unforgivable…read more Everything seemed to go smoothly after surgery However my recovery was difficult as this was a revision and when i requested specific painkillers i was met with resistance and reluctance because according to one of his own on call doctors they are afraid to prescribe anything beyond generic over the counter painkillers like tylenol,ibuprofen and naproxen because they fear people are going to become addicted to stronger stuff. Excuse me? But this is an extremely invasive and painful procedure requiring real painkillers for people to bear the experience. Never mind the fact that eating is difficult after jaw surgery. now i must deal with the pain because your afraid i might become addicted when i am merely asking for potent pain killers during the infancy recovery stage of this procedure. Your supposed to be reluctant to give these meds after a significant amount of time has passed not the very beginning. For the first week of surgery i had to go three days without any pain killers all they did was prescribe anti inflammatories regardless of the fact my stomach could not tolerate them. The level of disrespect and lack of caring about a person's overall health is out of this world. I've received better healthcare from a plastic surgery chop shop in miami known for killing patients. I'm extremely disappointed because initially my doctor seemed to genuinely care about helping me yet once the surgery was done it was like playing phone tag between him and his assistance to help me. As frankly none of them seemed to give an F. One of the assistants even told me i needed to be patient after waiting two days without painkillers despite being 3 days post op with fresh wounds healing. I planned to sing my dr,'s praises after my surgery but the only thing i can say is this has been nothing short of a nightmare.

No need to fear a Root Canal with Dr Sbeih…read more Dr Walid Sbeih is an angel. He specializes in root canals. He is a very personable man who cares about your well being. He discusses your individual case and is very thorough. His whole staff are very pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable. My root canal went better then some fillings that I have filled in the past. I really didn't feel the freezing, he used a local cream first and was so gentle withe the freezing. He has gentile steady hands and was so thoughtful through the whole procedure. He better insure his hands because they are more valuable than gold. If you need a root canal ask you dentist to refer you to him, like mine did. Don't go anywhere else!
