His office will communicate via email which is wonderful, and sometime it will be Dr. Hao who follows up himself if he's checking on a particularly difficult tooth or recent surgery. His office has gone above and beyond to help me out when I have been in an emergency situation, I know they've stayed late or missed lunch hours for patients before. She did, however, took a few X-rays of my teeth to make sure they were healthy. We also took advantage of our visit to get X-rays taken of my daughter's teeth. I was advised to get a night retainer and they proceeded to scan my teeth to get me a new and proper retainer. The other great ladies in the office where as delicate as Dr. A Valiushka, being very aware that most people don't like having any work done in their mouth. I must say, these are the most delicate dental workers I have ever gone to. They will be our "Forever Dentist" from now on. And we don't even live in Canada! Have I mentioned we also had fun?
