She put her hair up and then started touching the instruments. Didn't wash her hands nor put on gloves. Who knows where her hands have been besides in her hair! Find a dental office that follows proper protocol for hand washing, etc. One that doesn't over bill would be better too.

As an example, I was having a tooth extracted and after 5 injections of anesthesia, my tooth was still sensitive and I was yelling and freaking out like a crazy man - Dr. Javadi calmed me down with her soothing tone and brought out the laughing gas and got the job done. Over time we realized they are not very original and hurt money hungry. I had a wisdom tooth removed here and I regret the entire experience. I was under the impression that dr Salvaggio was going to do the procedure but a different dentist did it instead. I was not impressed with him. He was not patient nor was he nice. He made it seem like I was eating his time. The procedure itself was painful. I don't think they numbed me enough as I could feel most of what they were doing. When I tried communicating that with them they mostly ignored me. When it was time to leave that was the worst part. I was clearly in so much pain and drugged so I was not fully aware of everything going on. My mom was there to drive me home and as we were about to go through the door the Secretary at the front desk was asking me for payment!! I couldn't believe it. You think they would have the common decency and respect to ask for payment prior to the procedure or on my next visit or even send me the bill in the mail. I didn't even bring my wallet in from the car because I knew I would be out of it and didn't want to leave it mistakenly behind. When I asked them to fax my prescription to the pharmacy for the medicatio they were completely hesitant. I have never been back to this dentist after this experience and I never will. I don't recommend them at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

Let me tell you, I have had cavities done that were more painful then the root canal. Dr Pasad is so patient and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The hygienists are all great as well, be it with us adults or for the kids. If your looking for a dentist where your kids can go as well this is definitely the place to go. I no longer live in Brampton, but will never go anywhere else for my dental health or my families dental health.
