Because of the pet mess it would be an additional $50.00. I was fine with that and scheduled an appointment. I was expecting to pay approximately $250.00 with taxes etc. I was shocked when they were done and handed me a bill for their service $835.00. The guy did a great job, carpets look new, however the quote was only 1/4 of the actual cost. I will watch and see if these spots bleed back through. There is supposed to be to be a 30 day guarantee (I wonder if it's really free). I called their office to let them know how unhappy I was with the quote being so far off and was told they can't see my carpet therefore additional steps may need to be done. I have never had a quote to be this far off. No real explanation and certainly no apology offered. For this reason I won't be recommending them to family and friends.

It is an understatement to say our carpets were disgusting. We bought our home from a family of 7 with dogs. Brian took his time to get out as many stains as possible and now I'm not worried about my kids contracting a disease from laying on the carpets . He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion).
