When I contacted them, I actually got a "real" person on the line and they were able to come within the hour to fix my non-draining kitchen/disposal drain. I clogged my garbage disposal and kitchen sink pretty bad after dinner recently. I called a major name plumbing service in my area who had appointments several days later, but nothing that day. I called Reliable Rooter after that call and they were not only able to come that day, they were able to be at my home 30 minutes after I called. They fixed my issues quickly and gave me plenty of advice of what to do the next time and tips on what not to do. They texted me when they were on their way and was able to locate the sewage problem quickly. He left by giving me some advice if further problems occur. called RR and spoke with owner Vince, they came out and because my plumbing was so messed up it could not be unplugged. They then cut out and replaced about 50 feet of drain, reinstalled correctly. They were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves and there rates were best around. I recommend these guys for any drain problems. read more
