Called Mullins for a vibration issue on an 18 month old Rheem on demand hot water heater. It…read moredeveloped a vibration that we could hear throughout our entire home and was very annoying. Mullins completed the original installation so I called them for assistance. They scheduled me for today and the service tech Jeff was right on time. I explained the issue and he opened the heater panel to take a look. I turned on the water and he immediately found the problem. The heater enclosure had moved slightly over time and was causing a very slight vibration to resonate up the wall and throughout the house. He placed a piece of insulation foam between the panel and the wall and the problem was fixed. How simple. He said there was no charge and was on his way. Thanks Jeff for a great job.
