The service was difficult to schedule and changed regularly. I was given half-a$$ed service and they had to return to complete the job on more than 2 occasions. I paid for services I did not receive. Too many issues to co to use services. Baseboard not dusted as contracted instructed. Kitchen cabinets left sticky and not cleaned. Food left stuck to counter edge. Did not smell fresh and clean after completed. Save your money or use a different service. read more

I hired Merry Maids to clean two bath rooms, one living room, and, a kitchen due to a recent stroke that I suffered. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning, they stole my VCR out of that living room. I let you into my home to help me in a time of need and you violate me. The first cleaning was awesome! They did a really great job. But it went downhill over time (the ladies are changed all the time) and the timing issues were a major problem. They would sometimes show up 2 hours early and sit in my driveway OR they would be hours late, when they did show up they would sit in the car for 30 minutes or so. I had requested that they schedule me for the later afternoons and it was never really done. They would call the day before and just set the time for around noon. If that didn't work they would not be able to come for several days. read more

Called for an estimate, guy didn't show up. He came following day. Came out and gave a great price. After we scheduled, company called at least 5 times, changing dates. They called the morning of the appointment and told my wife they couldn't clean our house at that price. The guy who gave me the estimate tried to talk my wife into either not doing all the cleaning for the estimated price, or pay more money. It's pretty shady when no one there knows what's going on, and pretty unprofessional to try and up the price the day they were to come. I'm sure there are a lot of better ran cleaning services around. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Once they get there they do an OK job cleaning but despite repeated requests for a consistent appointment time they call the day before and tell me what time fits THEIR schedule and then they still do not come at that time! They have been as much as 2 hours early and 1 hour late. I'm feed up with them not fitting my schedule and then not even arriving on the schedule THEY have chosen! Today they chose 8 AM, when I called at 8:20 the owner said the crew wasn't even in the office yet therefore they wouldn't be arriving until at least 8:45! They chose 8 AM? WTHeck! Don't bother! They are rude and do not follow through. They did not clean any of my bathrooms, but they did manage to do a great job of shoving all my products into the corner of the floor and left them there, therefore costing me more money to replace. When I called to complain, I was called back a total of 3 times for the manager to "investigate". He insisted he come to my home and check with his own eyes, because the workers laid about completing the job. I understand he wanted to check the quality of their work or lack their of, but he was aggressive and rude. He didn't seem to understand they had been fired and were not welcomed into my home since they did such a poor job. Why would I want them to come back and do what they were originally paid for? read more

Juan kept wanting to charge more and the cleaning was sub par. They have one good maid and Juan wants to charge extra for her with less work being done.The repeated calls about horrible service went bascially to deaf ears. read more

The ladies who came over to do a deep clean on our house were extremely hard workers, and did a decent job - with a major exception. Unfortunately, they were not provided with the chemicals required to effectively clean hard water stains. While they scrubbed the shower and sink areas hard, they were unable to remove the stains. Given that the estimator was shown the stains, and told we had extremely hard water, there was never any mention of the fact that they were not able to clean hard water stains. If you have soft water, these people are good - but given I have to spend an hour of my own time to finish the job, I am not overly impressed. read more

I would highly discourage anyone from using this local branch of merry maids. They never came at our pre-scheduled time (usually coming 30 min - 1 hour early). Acting as if we were inconvienancing them when we couldnt accomodate to their early arrival due to having patients still being seen. They would constantly send new people who had no idea where anything was and you would have to continually re-explain everything. They sent cleaners who did not speak any english whatsoever. This makes it very difficult to communicate what still needs to be done. We were always left having to finish cleaning things on our own and taking out our own trash- which is pointless when you're paying someone to clean. They also continually complained about having to take our garbage out. Yes, complained about taking out our garbage. Wouldnt one assume that was an included service when you're paying someone to clean? The management never delt with any of our complaints when we presented them. They only made us feel like we were unreasonable. I would discourage you from making the same mistake as we did in hiring Merry Maids. read more
