I did question their lack of supplies and equipment for a deep clean. No answer. They used our vacuum. We returned hime at 4 and we weren't sure what they had done. The carpets had been cleaned prior to them coming so that didn't need to be done. Only the bedrooms had carpeting. The house didn't look clean, didn't smell like it had been cleaned, and there was so much left to do! I suggested they eat bkfst before coming the next day. i wasn't paying for over an hour lunch. The next day was more of the same...not much got done that I could see. One woman sat on the edge of the tub and cleaned one blind at a time...it took her 30 minutes to do one window. I was clearly disappointed. She asked for more money as our house was bigger than what she thought. I honestly don't know what they did. I finally just asked them to go at 4 pm. 800.00 ...for what? We were so exhausted from our move...I couldn't imagine cleaning this house. I was still cleaning when our furniture showed up from out of state. I wouldn't hire these people (there were 3) and the owner was one of them. If I hadn't been so tired, I probably would have fired them after the first day and taken them to small claims court. Get a signed, detailed contract! I wouldn't hire them to sweep my front porch. ( I should have written this 10 months ago).
