The cleaning crew arrived over an hour late. Once they started, the entire job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely overlooked. We hired this company expecting professional, quality service based on the initial impression, but we were left extremely unhappy with the results. We would not recommend this company based on our experience.

And I give then kudos for paying their cleaners above minimum wage. That said, there should be some realism when looking at business and costs. Great cleaners are hard to come by for sure. But it is still a basic job that any 8th grader can do if taught properly and is diligent and take pride in their work. I think I pay a fair wage worthy of the job. Someone else's overhead is not my monkey although I appreciate the difficulty.
