I pay $30/hr per cleaner and expect 2 to take 2hrs and 1 to take 4hrs. I would like to say that the owner called me on this review which I appreciated. And I give then kudos for paying their cleaners above minimum wage. That said, there should be some realism when looking at business and costs. Great cleaners are hard to come by for sure. But it is still a basic job that any 8th grader can do if taught properly and is diligent and take pride in their work. I think I pay a fair wage worthy of the job. Someone else's overhead is not my monkey although I appreciate the difficulty.

The house didn't look clean, didn't smell like it had been cleaned, and there was so much left to do! I suggested they eat bkfst before coming the next day. i wasn't paying for over an hour lunch. The next day was more of the same...not much got done that I could see. One woman sat on the edge of the tub and cleaned one blind at a time...it took her 30 minutes to do one window. I was clearly disappointed. She asked for more money as our house was bigger than what she thought. I honestly don't know what they did. I finally just asked them to go at 4 pm. 800.00 ...for what? We were so exhausted from our move...I couldn't imagine cleaning this house. I was still cleaning when our furniture showed up from out of state. I wouldn't hire these people (there were 3) and the owner was one of them. If I hadn't been so tired, I probably would have fired them after the first day and taken them to small claims court. Get a signed, detailed contract! I wouldn't hire them to sweep my front porch. ( I should have written this 10 months ago).
