The burritos here are smothered and awesome. They're pretty great size and they come with a side of hashbrowns. Flavor is really good. Also, the service was great as well. Overall, great for a mountain town. The price was just as expected for a mountain town. Definitely give it a try if you're looking for breakfast.

We stop by this small town cafe on the way to steamboat spring. Small town with lots of character. This establishment is super crowded, the host is super efficient with checking in and report via text once table is ready. Food: salmon with brown rice plate is excellent, steak and egg plate - eggs cooked well, however the steak sirloin is dry and well done for medium rare and dry. I would not recommend steak here. Sandwich is decent. Drinks are yummy. Cappuccino and frapp are delicious. Overall, this place just needs faster service, more waiter/waitress to accommodate the volume of customers on peak time

Very good choices, good vibes, good staff, and great location. Plenty of delicious options. This is a great place to stop before hitting the mountain for a day in the snow. Don't miss this hidden gem.

OMG how good can it be. My trout and eggs amazing, the Alferd omelet was made like a real omelet should be. Ashley was a great server with coffee when we needed, food came out quick. Nice looking place with Keystone and skiing history on the walls with many things to read if you get the chance. Get here early, they opened at 7, on a wait by 8. It was Saturday of Father's Day weekend. Great stop on our road trip!

Solid Breakfast Stop on the Way to Vail We stopped by Sunshine Café for breakfast on our way to Vail. I really enjoyed the Chorizo Benedict--flavorful and well-prepared. The omelets were also quite good. My son wasn't too impressed with the pancakes, but overall, it's a great spot for a quick and satisfying breakfast

Country Breakfast #20

I'm in town for a conference and rather than setting settling for the Hampton Inn breakfast. I decided to walk a few steps up the hill and eat at the sunshine Café. What a great choice. I went with the basic country breakfast, which comes with three pieces of bacon hashbrowns two eggs over easy no bread for me. Thank you r easonable priced breakfast and great service.

Some loud construction happening nearby was a bit of a nuisance initially but didn't bother us after all...just added to the ambiance. Seriously, excellent service, fair prices, and excellent food quality. Oh, 4% discount for paying with cash! We'll be back!

Blandest food ever! Zero flavor. How is it possible to make green Chile that has no flavor? Seriously. Stay away!

Good not great. Old and dated feel. Coffee takes like that of a bad hotel chain. Food was okay not great. Disappointed. Would not recommend.

Mediocre. Soup was a lumpy cheese mess, sandwiches were onion heavy, salmon was grilled alright but lacked the labeled cajun flavor

My #1 choice for breakfast in summit county. It's always busy but the line is usually reasonable given how good the food is. Worth the wait.

Best brunch I had in Frisco…read more Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe is the highest-rated brunch spot in Frisco, and based on my experience, I'd agree with the hype. Of the couple of brunch spots I tried in town, this was my favorite. I ordered the Cornucopia with eggs over medium and substituted the home fries for fruit. The fruit was surprisingly good, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. A side of fruit can be pretty hit or miss when you substitute it at brunch, so I was pleasantly surprised. The eggs were cooked right, and the toast was fine. I opted for turkey bacon, though, and I'd recommend skipping it. It was pretty crispy and lacked much flavor. The standout was the cinnamon roll French toast. We ordered it to share with the table, and I highly recommend doing the same. It comes with two large cinnamon rolls that are soaked in egg batter and grilled French-toast style. It was top tier. I noticed several tables around us sharing the regular cinnamon roll as well, and those looked fantastic too. They also have a bakery counter inside with plenty of grab-and-go options. The pastries all looked great, along with fresh bread, cookies, and other sweet treats. If you're visiting Frisco and looking for brunch, Butterhorn is definitely worth a stop. And whatever you order, I'd make sure the cinnamon roll French toast makes it onto your table.

Decent brunch spot in Frisco! Staffs were kind, courteous, and quick. They have their own hot sauce…read moreand ketchup which complemented very well with brunch items. Country fried steak needs little more balance with batter that way we can taste more meat while enjoying the crunchy texture. we got to see our first now after driving from Denver so it was perfect to be out here today! I was satisfied with my skillet and it was very fulfilling! Next time we will come back for the famous cinnamon roll French toast ! ;)

Great little breakfast spot in downtown Frisco…read more We popped in early on a Friday and there was no wait to be seated. The salmon benedict was outstanding. It was a cured salmon, not grilled or smoked. It was served cold, like smoked salmon, but was cut thicker than smoked salmon. It was a great dish with the tangy, briney capers, the fatty, delicious salmon, the fresh arugula and the creamy hollandaise. Delicious. Highly recommend.

Cute spot on Frisco's Main Street. Bustling and busy, yet good service and hospitality throughout…read more We came here with our little guy and they happily provided us with a high chair and a window seat. Bread+Salt is a breakfast and lunch operation, with a sizeable menu of crowd pleasers and dishes you'd expect to see. Pasture raised eggs, scrambles, bagels, hash, pancakes, and endless coffee refills. Most of the signature items ranging between $13.95-$19.95. With a name like Bread+Salt they better make good bread! And thankfully they do. I actually think it could've used a little more salt...but with butter it was very nice. I ordered the chorizo scramble, which was overall a good dish. Normally chorizo provides a more robust flavor than what was received, though with lots of Cholula and hashbrowns it all ate together well. Bonus points, my kid ate a good amount of his giant pancake!!! Bathrooms are outside the restaurant, way down the hall that shares with other businesses. If the weather is cooperating, sitting outside on Main Street is the move. Now that I'm writing this review, I see they actually have a location in Lakewood...news to me! Solid spot worth venturing to for a go-to breakfast.
