My vet, Morgan Helfrich, and her tech were very kind and made sure we could say goodbye at our pace. They had plenty of anesthetic so she could pass not knowing what was happening. My vet said some very gentle words as my dog was passing to gently say goodbye, words I was unable to choke out at the time, but were important to say. From the moment I walked in the front door I was greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk. The paperwork was super fast to fill out, and I was able to get my dog an X-ray, blood test, and a week's-worth of medicine all within an hour of me walking in there. Dr. Rex was awesome, super informative, and helpful, and he even called the next day to check up on her. Really appreciated that! Makes me feel they really care about what they are doing.
