Came here after having a terrible experience at Clean Mutts and Puppy Cuts (save yourself the trouble and do not go there!) All employees were friendly and they were able to get my pup in for a beautifully done face, feet, and tail clean up. Groomer did a wonderful job and we will definitely be back! Megan at Dirty Dog Grooming did a great job bathing my two dirty mini-bernedoodles while we were visiting family in Bend. She was very busy, but was able to call back and fit them in for us. We are grateful for her followup. She did a beautiful job and even removed the pitch/sap from their paws, which was something I did not know about until she told me. So I've been taking my dog here for awhile and had a great experience in the past, but unfortunately I feel like the lack of care for the dogs have gone down hill here .. last visit I the groomer had my dog for over 3 hours long when I texted to see when she would be done the groomer says she didn't know what to do so had to stop grooming and put her in the kennel ! FYI my dog is old and small .. it shouldn't take 3 hours to groom her plus she can't stand for that long ! So instead of texting she couldn't groom her she just buzz cutted her hair instead and charged me $60 . I won't ever be taking my dog here again read more

Several people on Next Door recommended Dirty Dog and I was able to get my good boi within a week. We were thrilled w our dog's appearance post groom. I was very, very happy with the work that Lynette did. It was the first time that he didn't scratch at his ears for weeks (this time only a couple days.) She did exactly as I asked and was super friendly to boot. Really pleased with the work done here, and just made my dog's second appointment today! A word of caution for those considering Dirty Dog grooming services: we've been taking our dogs to the Division Street location for 2+ years. Recently, both of our dogs contracted kennel cough. They are both vaccinated. They never get boarded, go to doggie daycare, or go to public dog parks. They are with us 24/7 and have not been anywhere other than to the groomers. Dirty Dog informed us that they do NOT require vaccination records and have no way of knowing if dogs are vaccinated or current on their vaccines. Furthermore, they said animals don't come into contact with other dogs while at the shop, which is false. We dropped our dogs off on that visit and saw two other customers picking up their pets. We had two sick dogs, and our older lab got very ill. We had to make two trips to VRCCO and incurred a $1200 vet bill. We will not use this company again. In the future, I hope Dirty Dog requires proof of vaccination(s) for their client's protection. read more

I used this service for a couple of years but our excellent groomer moved to another location. The new groomer, Samantha, didn't even give her a sanitary cut first time, and took 3 hours to groom her. My dog is sweet and compliant. When I told her my dog was traumatized after her visit and that 3 hours was unacceptable, she did it again the next time (but did the sanitary cut). My dog started shaking whenever we put her in the car after that. So we are moving on. read more

Meghan has been grooming my two yorkies for the past couple years. When she moved to Bend I tried someone different that was closer to me and it didn't work out. So I drive to Bend from Terrebonne CRR just so I can have Meghan groom my yorkies. I'm very happy with how clean her business is. She is always prompt getting my girls in and out and she is very reasonably priced. She always grooms just as I ask and because one of my Yorkies has bad hips and knees, Meghan is always careful not to make it painful for my dog while getting groomed. These women are great! We somehow ended up with lice on our dogs. When we found there were still some post treatment they offered us time first thing even on the weekend at no charge. They were so good with our pugs and feel they are good people as well. Long time locals too!
