We've lived in Bend 6 years and we've had 5 other dog groomers. For various reasons, mostly not good, we were still trying to find "the one" when we called Groom Bend and made our first appointment. Our Tibetan Terrier Simon had been neglected due to taking care of my husband with a broken ankle and was very matted and in need of a lot of help. William did an amazing job...Simon looks wonderful. You just know by talking to him that William loves what he does and his professional skills are the best we've experienced. I can finally say we've found the shop we will be going to. Wouldn't have my fur babies groomed anywhere but GROOM BEND!!! Absolutely the nicest people and cut so dang cute! My fiancé and I moved to bend last summer and was so worried about finding a great groomer! Upon looking for a groomer we realized that "Groom Bend" was down the street from work. Called Jenn and was able to make an appointment for the following week. Our fur babies are typically a mess going to the groomers but with groom bend there's never a worry!!! To be honest my mother is now driving 513 miles each month to have her dogs groomed by Jenn!! read more

Will has groomed my 3-1/2 year old Havanese three times. My dog looks beautiful! Will is very kind and calm, and does excellent. It is a big plus that only one dog is groomed at a time; it means my dog spends less time in the shop, and is not as agitated when I pick her up. I highly recommend Will. Although Jen has not groomed my dog, she was in the shop the first time I came in and she provided very good advice. She, too, is very kind and loving with the dogs. Jen has been grooming our Shihtzu for years, she has done a fabulous job on him. She always takes such good special care with him as he has a bad hip. She is very knowledgeable in coat car and canine health. She is also and amazing artist. She has the ability to hide faults in our little guy making him look like he's a perfect show dog.
