She loves every human she meets and gets along really well with my sister's cat. Every time I pet or hold her she purrs super loudly, and her favorite thing to do is cuddle (sometimes literally for hours!) with me under the covers every morning. Aside from some food related digestion issues when I first got her, Ruby's a very healthy kitty and we haven't had any health issues in the past year since we found the right food. It's obvious that she was very well taken care of by Addie and her daughter. I wasn't able to visit her cattery in person due to covid and because I live in the west coast, but her house looked very clean and filled with toys/other adorable ragdolls when I FaceTimed her. Addie was very responsive in the 3 months from when I placed a deposit to when I got Ruby. She replies to messages really fast and always sent videos/pictures when requested.

The front desk always messes up appointments and then you get told it is your fault, not theirs despite the number of times you verified appointment details before hanging up to make sure they were correct only to arrive for your appointment to find out otherwise (this was a continuous, back-to-back problem). One of the highest turnover rates too means you no longer can get anyone that can truly and properly help you. Do not waste your time or money on this corporate vet chain, especially this location.

If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Just love this place! Everything you need for your furry friends is here with exceptional staff, who are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lora Jernigan cannot set a standard on services and pricing. Emily and Kathleen want to argue with me every single time I go in, even after it's all been agreed upon with the owner. They want to heavily up charge every time. I highly recommend going elsewhere. What an absolute nightmare this place has been.
