Don, Casper's driver showed up quickly and loaded my trailer and all of it's included load onto the Flatbed trailer and had it delivered to my property at the top of a steep hill where I needed it to be stationed. They advertise as being open 24 hours but we called just after 11:00 PM to ask if we could come and get the car....guy said no after huffing and puffing for 30 seconds. We then asked if we could get some important heart medicine out of the car. Nope. Went to pay the tow bill and pick up the car next morning...$375. I made sparky comment about how high the bill was and the guy says, "did you see the other car?" What a stupid justification; what does that have to do with towing my car? Nothing. It's a racket, not "policed" very much at all. They charge what they want because they have your car and you ain't getting it until the extortion fee, I mean tow bill, is paid. Be careful who you ask for if you're ever in an accident and need towed. Rating is an absolute 0. That's ZERO.

When I was released from the hospital the next morning, they told me they would get me in an hour. They didn't show up until 2.5 hrs later...as I sat, very ill, in a cold hospital lobby with no coat (left in my car from ambulance). The man demanded $150 cash to get me from the hospital and take me to my car. He told me on the trip that he had bets on whether I was drunk. And he complained about having to work around the vomit around my car. When we got to the wrecking place, he said my key was on the wheel and dropped me off. I got in my car and could hardly steer. I waived him down and said something is not right. He shrugged and drove off. I tried to drive a little more, but something wasn't right. I called the guy again, and he wouldn't answer his phone. Essentially, he left me on the side of the road again, but this time, I had $150 less money. What was wrong with my car? He bent my control arm. Had to get new rack and pinions, totally jacked up my alignment, and totally ruined two tires. Oh, and nobody would ever, ever call me back. $2000 later....... Thank you for turning the worst sickness I ever had into a completely torturous experience. I really have never been treated worse in my life. You owe me $2150.

Been in the lawn and landscape biz since 1992. Had numerous trailers over the years. I'm not new to…read morethis. Bought 2 new hustler trailers in April this year for mowers. All was good until the gate broke at the metal tube and weld. Hinge was still good. Took it in to get it welded back. They would not take care of me without charging several hours of labor at $95 an hour and said they needed another hinge. Wrong. Said it was my fault the mowers pushed back and caused it to happen. Took it directly to a friend who has been welding for years. He said it is a factory defect and water is getting into the tube, causing it to rust from the inside. Which I agree with. Could have been handled properly, but this guy wouldn't listen to anything. He knew it all. The people at this place are not worth going too. Very bad customer service after spending over $5000 in trailers! Not a bad price for 2 trailers, which is the only reason i gave 2 stars.

I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job. So I guess left an impression of gratitude. I digress. lol. So Wayne said lets take a ride and with in minutes knew I needed a new wheel bearing. Good thing, because it was dangerous to drive. So I say all that, to let anyone know that you will a Great price for Quality work Quickly. I spent a little more than an hour to get me back on the road safely.
