This place has the most reasonable hourly labor rate that you'll find AND you'll get excellent customer service from them as well. Even though the job took longer than expected I was still only charged for one hour of labor because that's what the owner quoted me and he stands behind his word and that is something that almost no other place does not do in today's business world. Because it took a little longer then they expected I left the guys in the shop a tip to maybe buy lunch for themselves and thank them for a great job and honest business. On July 19 I made a phone call to another trailer company because I didn't feel the part needed to be ordered and within five hours they had me in and out and fixed. Come July 29 11 days after the part was supposed to be in from Knox trailers the guy calls me to finally schedule an appointment and when I told him I already got it fixed he had an attitude about me going ahead and getting my truck fixed when there was zero communication and I use my truck to make money. 30 people in my fleet now know not to go to this trailer company and to go to the one that got me fixed up
