In 2022, we built our first Luxe, a 2023 47FB we named Penny. She became our home, office, and adventure partner as we embraced full-time RV living. In 2025, after almost 2.5 years in our Toyhauler, we stepped into the new 2026 Regent at the Tampa RV Show, and we knew it was time for a new chapter. When we began designing our 2026 Regent, Kristen played an incredible role in helping bring our vision to life. After living full-time in our first Luxe for almost two and half years, we knew exactly how we wanted our next coach to function for our family. Kristen took the time to truly understand not just what we wanted, but how we lived. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared her expertise, and helped us think through every detail. From designing features to the little touches that would make Charley feel like home, she helped us see the possibilities. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in our journey made the entire build experience exciting, enjoyable, and unforgettable. She didn't just help us build a coach. She helped us create our dream home on wheels. That level of support continued long after the build. Oscar has always been there to answer questions, share his knowledge, and help us better understand our coach. No matter when we've reached out, he's been a trusted resource and someone we've always appreciated having in our corner. When delivery day arrived, Joe and his team made sure Charley was everything we had envisioned. They took the time to walk us through every aspect of our new home, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the factory. We stayed at the factory for five days and truly lived in our home to ensure all was exactly as we had expected! Most recently, during our one-year warranty visit (August 2026), once again the Luxe team delivered an exceptional experience. Leah coordinated the entire experience with warmth, positivity, and exceptional communication. From the moment we arrived, Kyle's knowledge and expertise immediately stood out. As we walked through our warranty items, he listened carefully, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable information. When we returned to pick up Charley, he took the time to thoroughly review everything that had been completed and continued to share his knowledge as an owner resource and educator. We left not only with a beautifully cared-for coach, but with an even greater appreciation for the people who stand behind it. We also recognize that experiences like ours are only possible because of the technicians, service professionals, craftspeople, and countless team members working behind the scenes. While we may not know every name, we are grateful for every person whose hard work contributes to the Luxe ownership experience. Over the past four years, we have owned two Luxe coaches, traveled thousands of miles, and embraced a life we once only dreamed about. Looking back, we're incredibly grateful that we took the leap. I started investigating the issues and found that every piece that was plastic broke. After a bit of trouble shooting, several discussions with a fellow Luxe owner and a load of phone calls with Certified RV, I decided it was going to be cheaper and easier to replace the entire hot water heater. Tammy at Certified RV helped me get what I needed. Certified RV's tech Scott provided some valuable insight for the install as well. It is amazing how nice a hot shower in our own rig feels! A huge shout out to Tammy at Certified RV for all her assistance making sure she got me the parts I needed as soon as possible. She truly went above and beyond the normal to get us the parts. We told them we were leaving in 7 days. After waiting 5 days, I called them to follow up. They stated they were having a hard time locating the parts and would get back to us later that morning with an update. After not hearing from them, I called back and they told us they were looking a used motors. I hesitantly agreed because of the time crunch. I also questioned their diagnosis as the noise was grinding gears, not a motor noise. They called me back the next day (the day before we were leaving) and informed me they would not fix our slide with no explanation of why. Luckily, there was a Lippert Technician in the campground. He happily came over and diagnosed the issue as a worn H channel and a slide alignment issue. He was unable to make the repair due the short time frame, but explained exactly how to repair the issue and provided me with their local shop information if we wanted to have it repaired with them. Maybe the fact that JCS stiffed us was a blessing since they mis-diagnosed the issue!

When I dropped off the unit gentleman looked it over and nothing further was said. I was called a few days later by the gentleman, who advised the the total was $1185.65. I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. The requested work was not satisfactory either, didn't even do a complete reseal as asked, touched up the vents not new sealant, the lights were also not resealed either. See photos

TLDR: Reasonable price, customer service was decent, fixed an issue with my car after it got the…read morebumper replaced for NO ADDITIONAL FEE! Would recommend coming here. I got sideswiped while my car was parked on the street, and they gave us a quote of $1200 for a bumper replacement which was all the car needed done. The price was hefty, but $1200 for a new bumper and for the service of taking the old bumper off and putting a new one on, it was pretty reasonable. They also did some light cleaning of the interior of my car and organized some of what I had in the trunk, which I greatly appreciated because it made the interior of my car look a lot better. It took about 2 days to get my car back, which I was very satisfied with. Only a few days after this, though, my backup sensor began beeping at random, and then the automatic emergency breaks would kick in, stopping my car in an instant when in reverse. This was scary for me as a driver because I was worried about backing out onto a busy road, my car slamming on its breaks, and getting into an accident as a result. We brought the car in about a week and a half after the first backup sensor malfunction, and were unfortunately met with rude service. While I believe it was just because the lady was having a bad day, as 3 out of the 4 times we went into S&S she was very nice and respectful, it was still disappointing. She didn't seem to believe that they could've caused any issues with the car. For context, we had owned the car for 6 years and never had issues with the backup sensor. After they replaced the bumper and they returned the car is when we started having issues with the backup sensor. From our perspective, it was very clear that some sort of error occurred in the process of replacing the bumper. However, the lady we talked to did not see it the same way. After some back and forth that didn't get anywhere, the manager came out without us asking for him and we explained our situation to him, which he was very understanding of. The lady (I apologize that I keep calling her "the lady" I don't know her name) came out with the manager and took a look at the car. I showed him a video of the car automatically slamming on its breaks when there was nothing behind it and then we talked some more about the sensor problem. He said they would try to fix it, we turned the car in later that day, and they had it fixed in under 24 hours, which was very impressive. For this, there was NO additional fee! We were very appreciative of this. When we went to pick the car back up, we talked to the same lady and she was very nice and professional like she was the first 2 times we went in there. Overall, I was impressed with how they handled the situation, the extra steps they took during the bumper replacement, and the professionalism of their manager. Would've been 5 stars if not for the singular rude interaction, more of a 9/10 rating or 4.5/5 stars.
