She still asked me for membership info. I sighed, gritted my teeth, and RE explained. Natasha had the nerve to get an attitude. Finally she got it and set me up for my session. I didn't see any people of color working there or in the lobby when I left. So my opinion which is just mine is that she wasn't listening to "me". Then got upset at the audacity of my frustration with her. Once she guided me to the salt room I wasn't offered a tour, water, a robe to change into since the salt gets all over you, NOTHING. I had to ask for my own robe. Then the session only lasts 15mins which is not enough time for any benefits. But I didn't get time to undress. She's already started my session! The salt room was then out on the LOWEST setting. What a waste of both our time. When I left I was considering a monthly membership until this lady condescendingly dismissed me by saying, "Have a nice day". Didn't ask me how was my experience, didn't ask if I wanted a membership, nothing. I smiled and left. I'll take my money where I'm appreciated. Due to circumstances out of her control, the lady was running a little bit late but I didn't mind. My tan looks AMAZING! I have never had a spray tan look as good as this one does. But, if you are looking for a very economical, 8 bed business, this is the place! All bulbs were replaced last year, they have your standard bed, a Super bed, a Bronzing Bed, and a Cyber bed.
